Tythiss

Tythiss made his way through the hustle and bustle of the Bazaar. His eyes bounced from one tent to another, the occasional person caught his eye as well. The variety was most impressive. His only experience was in Kachuck, sure there was an Elf now and again but here! He did notice more than a few people watched him as he moved through the crowd, but the Saurian paid them little mind as he was here to acquire items he would need for his journey.
First on the list was an alchemist shop.
Tythiss kept moving through the crowd, looking at the displayed wares, trying to identify a potential merchant that would suit his needs, and perchance, carry a few of the items he sought. Then something caught his attention, a smell. The Saurian's black, forked tongue fanned more prominently now.
Sage... Tythiss identified, And Lavender.
The scent was strongest off to his left, and began off in that direction with a hurried pace as his excitement became harder to hide, this was it! The start! His mind was overflowing with the potential that would be in this tent, the solutions, the ingredients. Oh the concoctions! From this drab and unassuming tent masterpiece will be born to this unassuming world!
Tythiss stepped through the entrance with such passion and prominence his power gauntlet tossing the flap to the side like the shackles that have held him back for so long. Standing there, stoically as the piece of fabric slowly drifted back into position. The sudden influx of daylight waned from the interior as Tythiss finally took the time to look over his unsuspecting partner's business.
There she was, humble and bent over her work, no doubt solving some ailment with simple plants. Tythiss cleared his throat and started for the counter his eyes never leaving his protege. She turned carrying her work, the Saurian eye dropped to behold the glory that bore. The glory of the, flower arrangement.
"Th..." Flower arrangement? The Saurian glanced frantically around and realised he had made a mistake. Looking again at the woman as she took her place behind the counter with a smile growing on her face. He smelled the sage, and lavender, clearly alchemical ingredients. Why then was he in a florist's boutique?
The flower.. That was it! Locking his eyes on the bouquet that was just finished and lovingly place upon the counter. There, it sat the two purple flowers of sage and lavender accenting one another's beauty. It was horrible. Wasted! Resources wasted for, for their scent!? Tythiss looked down disappointed audibly sighing before looking up.
"Alchemist's?" He questioned in common.
The shopkeeper's shoulders stooped just a fraction and she gave an all too practised speech, "Two tents left, northside." then turned back to her work, letting the Saurian walk out, picking up the pieces of his pride as he went.
Exiting the Florist's tent and slowly making the walk of shame to the correct establishment, Tythiss unceremoniously slid through the flap and lifted his eyes to see if he got this one right at least.
(( All of this assumes that I have starting gold. How would I look it up if I did, and if I don't I will still play this out ))
