Appearance: face bones are very distinguishable, hair is greased up short cut. has a greyish-yellow skincolor. dark circles around the eyes.
History: When he was young his father had become a member of a great clan of vampires. in doing so, he was forced to pass his vampirism onto his family. Marius had taken the vampirism with no problem, but his mother wasn't as cooperative. She fought back, stabbing him in the shoulder. Anger rushed through Marius' father, as he pulled out his Demon's blade, a steel sword given to him by the clan. He thrust it into her, killing her instantly. Her body fell lifeless to the floor as a glowing red stream went from her body into the eye imbeded into the hilt of the Demon's Blade. The blades first soul was then consumed, causing Marius' mother to speak through the blade back to them. "How could you Ardensal? Murder? I never thought you would turn to this. This is why I refused to become one of them. I did not want to turn into a monster. I am ashamed of you." the eye glowed bright red as she spoke, and when she ceased to speak, it turned to a dark red. Ardensal turned to his son, and tried to speak but was unable to. Marius ran, hoping he would never see his father again. 4 days later he returned, realising he could not survive without his father at this time. He stayed with his father until he was 18, getting to know the members of the clan as well. at the age 18, Marius' father was sent on a mission for the clan. He returned with mortal wounds and quickly realised he would not last the next few hours. He called upon Marius. As Marius aproached, his father told him about his wounds. He told him to take his sword, the Demon's Blade. "As long as you have it, your mother will be with you. take it, and be sure to keep her fed." As he said this, his final breath was drawn. Marius knelt at his fathers bedside for hours, having no thought in his mind except the last words his father had said. As long as you have it, your mother will be with you. take it, and be sure to keep her fed." He didn't uderstand what this had meant until he heard a voice... His mothers voice. "Leave this place, your father would want you to do so. Mourning over his death will do you no good." This startled him, and caused him to stumble back. "M-Mother? i-is that you?" he asked. "Yes. Now go." She answered. He picked up his crossbow he had built when he was younger, and begun to run. Now he wanders Althanas, searching for a purpose in his life.
Skills: Hunting - A very skilled hunter
Archery - very skilled with a bow, especially his crossbow.
Abilities: Blood sucker - Can feed on the blood of his victims to regenerate 50% of his health. can only be used 1 time per day.
Fly- can trun into a bat and fly. cannot do any damage while in this state. Can only perform this ability twice per day.
night vision - can see in the dark. Passive ability
Equipment: Crossbow - yew crossbow with steeltipped arrows. has his name carved into the side.
Demon's Blade - A steel Blade given to him by his father. When Marius kills an enemy the blade absorbes it in order to feed the soul contained within the eye in the hilt. This soul is his mothers due to her bein the first person to be slain by the sword. The consumption of the souls do not effect the power of the sword in any way. all it does is keep his mother alive within the sword.
