Name: Fulgur II Frigida Icebreaker
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Age: Fifteen
Hair Color: Brown
Skin color: Fair
Eye Color: His right eye is pocked out. But his left eye is unnaturally dark blue. Like chips of ice when angry.
Height: 4’9
Weight: 140
Weapons: Crossbow; Lightning Blade (Short-sword sized melee weapon with blade shaped like a lightning bolt); Steel Cutlass
Occupation: Impatient sulkier who needs a life more than anything… even his revenge.

Appearance:
Fulgur II is short for his age, but still is fairly strong. You can see his muscular strength if you pull his sleeves up. He always wears his father’s cloak around him. The outside is decorated red while the inside is pitch black. He wears a long sleeved, black, cloth shirt with a red neck collar. He had brown breeches, long white stockings, and black clogs.
His right eye is pocked out, he refused to wear an eye patch like an indignant, savage pirate would; so he instead painted an eye glass black and placed it over his bad eye. His good eye is unnaturally dark blue. As a bloodline trait of his family, his eyes turn to the looks of ice when he is angered.

Personality:
Born to the oldest of the three legendary Icebreaker brothers, Fulgur II has adopted the pride, dignity, and ego of his father. Be prepared to receive a dramatic (heh… not!) speech about his family name whenever you ask who he is. Since the murder of his entire family, he became extremely quiet and withdrawn… withdrawn about revenge that is! He’s a smart little devil and has spent day and night plotting his revenge and the redemption of his family name! Nobody knows who really killed his father and uncles, but he is determined to find out and kill them, painfully and slowly for it. He is obsessed with his revenge and has crossed into a point of insanity. One moment he seams completely normal, sometimes he is too quiet for comfort, and other time he is completely crazy! Yep, he has a terrible mood swing issue…

Abilities:

Lightning: Unlike the rest of his family, who took pride in their icy cold blood roots, he has been obsessed with another element… Lightning. He has learned one of lightning and ice powers.

Lightning Blade Strike: His Lightning blade can charge up with lightning and shock any object (inanimate and alive) that is electrically charged (other than the blade itself). This blade can leave a part of the person's body immobilized for twenty seconds and still feeling the shock for another two posts. He can charge his blade up for thirty seconds, and he can use this any time he wants (between ten posts in a thread, the blade needs its time to charge up) – but, the blade is still very dangerous to use while charged up, if he isn't careful he could shock himself! For this reason he still tries not to use it a lot- yes, even he is a little cautious…

Ice: The one power he had learned of the ice abilities is the deadly (of least when at full strength) Ice Devil.

Ice Devil: The Ice Devil works a lot like a regular, weak, dust devil- except it’s ice that’s swirling around in a column of air, not dust or sand. While one who has mastered the ice devil (by that point "Dust Tornado") and cause excruciating damage with it, he isn't very good with this ice power, so the worst his little dust devils can do are pulling up some weak plants and throwing a person off their feet. The ice devil only lasts for thirty seconds.

Strength: He may be small, but he’s strong! You can see Fulgur’a muscles if you pull up his sleeves. He is twice as strong as a regular human.

Skills:

Blades-manship: He is very skilled with his Lightning blade and isn't so bad with his cutlass either.

Unarmed combat: He is very skilled in unarmed combat. He’s been training ever since he was a young boy.

Aim: Fulgur had spent countless hours practicing his archery… and he has practiced well. He can shoot arrows up to thirty feet away.

History:

"Stay strong in your darkest times", she told him as he cried for her, "Remember your name."

His life started out very fine, but fell into a calamity of tragedies that left him blind of he light and trapped in the darkness…

He was born the first of three children of the oldest of the three Icebreaker brothers. His father was filthy rich and owned a giant mansion in a small snow country close to Althanas. He was only a young toddler, so he never really knew how much his family was breaking apart at the time… Once, the Icebreaker family had been a powerful lineage of gifted humans in the arts of ice. They took pride in their powers and took them seriously. The entire family worked as guardians and spies of their small country, using their powers as an advantage for easy luck. His grandfather had three children, Fulgur, Ashfall, and Monte, Icebreaker.

They all viewed life in very different ways, Fulgur was very stuck up and viewed himself as somebody very special. When his father died he grabbed the rights to the Icebreaker mansion with open arms. Monte was most humbled in everything he did and preferred to live among the people of his country rather than an isolated mansion. Instead of moving in with his older brother, he took a log cabin in a small village west of the capital.

As for Ashfall, he simply didn't seem the get it. He loved his family name and appreciated his powers, but he didn't get the “true” meaning of family pride. For the most part, he didn't want to take the job as an agent for his nation’s king and instead wanted to start a life different from that. His father stressed that he learn his pride, but things only got worse. Soon enough, Ashfall fell in love and an elvish girl and ran away with her. His infuriated father then stripped him from his family tree and blocked him off from their mansion. This happened five years before Fulgur II was born, so he didn't know a thing about it… or that Ashfall and his wife had a child together…

His life as a baby and toddler had been served to him on a silver platter. He had an old but sweet nurse to look after him, a father who kept a keen interest in the future of his boy, and one of the best homes in his country. Since Fulgur was a toddler he was fascinated in stories and learning things, because of this, he started his training early. His father himself gave him strict training in his ice abilities and he learned how to use the Ice Devil by the time he was ten. However, something that surprised his father was the fact that he was obsessed with lightning. While his prideful father took so much pride in his family’s ice powers, he thought a little lightning training wouldn't hurt either. When he was eleven, Fulgur was sent to a n academy in the capital city for two years to learn how to use lightning in a deadly mater. For one year each he learned a new power. The Lightning Pulse and the Lightning Blade Strike was skills he was pleased to take hold of; as well as his own Lightning Blade he used.

When his two years were up Fulgur traveled back home to his father’ mansion on a rainy, dreary night. The young man was shocked when he first entered the door to see how dark it was and how no one had greeted him. A couple seconds later he heard a woman’s cry- it was his mother! As fast as his already weary legs could carry him, the boy rushed to his mother’s side. She was lying on the ground bloody and dying. The boy screamed and sat next to her, begging her to live. His mother only whispered one sentence to him before dying though and left her son in tears. A couple seconds later he heard voices behind him, and there he saw them…

Three hideous creatures he had never seen before watched the scene. They were twisted and gross. Intimidating muscles and spiky weapons they had, their very shape was wretched. The boy raised his Lightning Blade and screamed, “So it was you!” he charged his blade up and swiftly took out two of the orcs in one blow of his blade; he then turned to the other, his hoarse voice vowing revenge on him as well. Just at the last moment though the orc tripped over a cutlass on the marble floor and fell down, a piece of paper flew out of his hand and landed a couple feet away from them. The boy, blinded by rage struck the orc in its heart before noticing the paper. He picked it up as saw the writing stating a reward for eliminating the Icebreaker family at large. Whoever signed this notice was impossible to see, his name was splotched out by blood.

Fulgur turned to the orc and asked who had hired them to do this, yearning to avenge them, but the orc was already dead. After searching the entire mansion, the boy found that the orcs had done the dirty work and had killed every single person in the house… including his father. Tired and miserable the boy found the fastest way to his uncle’s own cottage only to find a trail of dead orcs and a man on the floor, he too was dead. It was Fulgur’s uncle, his only uncle from what he knew… He was alone now.

For another full year Fulgur brooded alone in his father’s mansion before a civil war broke out in the country. The last Icebreaker was too scared and felt too alone to stay and fled into Althanas. By the time he reached Corone he had transformed into a different person; the boy had turned into a man, the man who once had everything was left with nothing. In an old castle in a deserted part of Corone, he had been cold-hearted enough to wipe out a rich old man and his entire keep of guards and servants and lock himself inside once finished. That is where Fulgur stayed ever since, inside a dark, lonely, keep in a country he barely even knew; plotting his revenge for the man who had hired the orcs to kill his family - the man who had taken everything from him – and redeem his family’s once proud name.

But one day, that would all change when one, certain person would step foot into the old stone keep once more…

Alright, here's the thing. I have to count the strength and mental resistance (or willpower) as abilities. Which would bring your ability total to five. I can only allow three at level zero, so you're going to have to lose some.

Also, not sure what it exactly means that the lightning can shock a person for two posts. Do they remain shocked and immobilized for the duration, or just feel the effects of the electricity? I would allow the latter, not the former, as it would be way too much to immobilize people for two posts at this point. Same goes for the lightning blade.

Okay, I took out willpower and lightning pulse. And I edited the Lightning Blade. Anything else?

Thanks. I just need you to do one more minor edit. Having someone completely immobilized for twenty seconds is basically a deathblow in a battle as you can basically run circles around them and still have time to slit their throat or whatever. I would like instead you to make so the lightning immobilizes the part of the body it strikes. So you hit someone on the arm, their arm is immobilized for the duration. That is all.

Okay, I did that.
