The Prophet walked into the large stone building and looked down at the monk at the desk. He snapped and in a puff of smoke and a swirl of fire, swapped into his human form. His eyes danced with fire as he pawed the ground. He hated the feeling of not having his hooves.

"Are you going to serve me or continue that book. It would make great fuel for a fire"

The monk looked up, his eyes passive. He gestured to the doors around

"Describe what you want your arena to look like and my assistant shall create it. So. Do get on with it."

Xaxan looked at the book and put his hat on, he scowled at the prospect of having to hurry the fight, but unless he wanted to convulse on the ground in pain. He would have to.

"I want. A rolling grassy field of hills. No flowers. Just a field. Add a grove of oaks for some flora. That shall be all"

The monk jotted this on a card and handed it to The Prophet.

"Room 18 sir."

Another monk similarly robed, walked Xaxan to the arena. He opened the doors as some other monks walked in through two portals, their hands in opposite sleeves, their heads covered in cowls, chanted. The arena changed, an ocean vanished, a beam of wood dissolved, some crystals evaporated. The chains melted, and on the sandy ground of the featureless place, two bodies, and some weapons, lay. The monks grabbed these items and lay the men on two great slabs of stone, they were carried off by more monks.

"The match is a draw!"

A voice boomed, with a hint of malice in the tone. Xaxan watched as the monks, who were all the while floating a few feet above the ground, chant again and hills formed, trees grew, grass took root. All of it, in a matter of minutes.

"D-did they just create my arena?

The Prophet inquired at the monk. He nodded, his face marred by a slight smirk. Nobody ever saw the truth in their power. It was all there. It was waiting to be formed, that's all.

"Thanks"

Xaxan intoned and bowed deep, if they could form a field in less than an hour. They could surely kill him.

"Your opponent is free to join at any time, correct?"

The monk asked this due to a man long ago asking if he could fight himself, it took ages to clean up the blood. And both of them survived

"Yes, it is an open match. Full weaponry, no armor though. Bare chest or regular clothes. Coats are allowed. Pants are required. "

The monk nodded and incanted a few words. Suddenly, a thump on the door sounded as a sign appeared.

"And, you are welcome"

Now, The Prophet waits, his fire burns hot, and his body itches for battle. Now come, and fight the eternal man'ari.

Sorish walked through the halls of The Citadel looking for an open challenge. Normally he would just sit and watch the fights, but today he felt like actually participating. As he passed room 18 a sign appeared on the door. Curious Sorish walked up to it and read.

Open Match
Rules:
Full Weaponry
No Armor
Bare Chest or Regular Clothes
Coats Allowed
Pants required

Today is my lucky day, Sorish thought as he entered the dressing room to remove his armor and change into his White Non-Hardened Fish Scale Robe, with the hood up, before entering the arena where a man maybe two feet shorter than him stood on a wooded hill. The glare from the sun reflecting off the mans glasses keeping him from seeing the man completely.

I am sorry of this post makes NO sense. Im just getting used to this character.

The man who walked in as the doors faded was robed and hooded. Yes. But, he was huge. He must have been at least a foot taller. Maybe more. And Xaxan thought he was big. He walked up the hill and took off his glasses. His coat, blowing behind him billowed and showed the clawed mass that was Stormfire. The dragon looked at the newcomer then walked up to him and sat down. He then proceeded to lick the man.

"Hello, I am Prophet Xaxan, Eredar, i hail from the planet Argus in the farthest reaches of your galaxy. The dragon licking you is Stormfire. And be at ease. He is harmless."

Xaxan said this casually, all in one breath. His lenses flashing he drew his staff.

"And so i say here, a good man goes to war!"

With that, he shouted a series of command words, the energy around him sifted and bent into the shape of a fireball. This he sent up into the air and it exploded, in the resulting haze a thunderclap could be heard

"Now it's time for fun"

He stepped up to stand straight, an off white object had appeared in his hand, it flowed and shifted.

"Don't be shy. I won't hurt you TOO much..."

The Prophet leaned against a nearby oak tree, and picked out a small thing, round, black object, stuck it it his mouth and rolled it around before settling it in the corner. He smiled.

"Your move."

Sorish looked at this "Prophet Xaxan". He was in deed tall, not quite his 8'11 plus 3 foot crown stature but still, tall for a man. Then again, he did say he was from some planet called Argus. If I was still the nieve being I was when he had first climbed onto land, I would have thought this man to be a god. His red Skin and fire eyes would have convinced me if his title had not, Sorish thought with a shiver before pulling out his spellbook, putting it in his left hand, ready to cast his spells, and his Sword in his right hand, ready to cut down his foe if he got to close.

However, before he could even think of casting his spells the dragon had liked his face too far up, removing his hood to show his blue coral complexion as well as his 3' foot coral crown that had been broken many times since he had stepped on land. His pink eyes reflecting the sun off them as he turned to the dragon who had jumped back upon seeing him.

Using this to his advantage Sorish called his first spell. "Wan O! Wan O! Son! Son! Son!" Which means "Water Bubble! Water Bubble! Come! Come! Come!" As soon as Sorish finished his chant 2 cubic meters of water formed into a bubble in front of him ready to be used in any way he wished.

"Prepare yourself Prophet for I have many tricks up my sleeves," Sorish yelled then waited for a response to his challenge though he was wondering what was with the white object in his hand and the black thing he put in his mouth was. However, he would wait till after the match before he would inquire about it. Unless of course, if the man decided to tell him what they were on his own accord.

Sorry sir. If you could hold on for a second. "

Xaxan pulled out a whistle and blew it. His dragon raced to his side

"Before you attempt to kill me. May I have you name? And could you wait for the other two guests?"

He then took out his hand and grabbed his staff. He said what is equivalent to "Fire! COME"

A ball of fire formed into a ring that floated slightly above his staff. He put the bone away and grasped the oaken branch firmly.

"Ah, forgive my rudeness," Sorish said before dropping his water bubble to conserve energy. "My name is Sorish Mon Larsh, Ambassador of the Northern Sea and Historian," He said with a bow. "As for the waiting game. I shall accept as others would make this battle even more interesting than a battle of Elemental Giants.

Adonis had been told about the citadel. Many drunken patron's had blabbed all about their escapades in this behemoth of a structure. Adonis swallowed as he walked in through the front door, he remembered being told to ask for a monk by the name of Hiroth.

"Excuse me, but is Hiroth around?" Adonis asked as he looked at the monk at the front desk, Kit was surveying the surroundings and smelling everything he could as Adonis gently patted his head. The Monk at the front desk rang a bell and another monk immediately arrived.

"Good day to ya sir, the name is Hiroth. what can i do for ya?" The Monk hurriedly said in a deep husky voice.

"Umm, i was told to seek you out before my first Citadel battle by some drunkards in a bar the other night" Adonis said as Kit jumped off his shoulder and began sniffing around Hiroth's feet "Don't mind him, just a curious little guy"

"Ahh yes, right, Follow me if you would" Hiroth said as he hurried off down a long corridor, turning right suddenly into a small dark room with a square table in the middle, but with no chairs. "What are you looking for? first available match? or something matching your skill level?" He said as he quickly scrolled through a few of the arena's that were awaiting participant's "well i see a match that "Matches" both of those criteria, however i don't want you to get slaughtered as you enter so i can make you a personal portal to anywhere in the arena if you so wish."

Hiroth cast a spell, creating a full three dimensional map on the table as he zoomed in.

Adonis was studying the map as Kit immediately jumped up on the table and pointed to a specific tree that would put him right on the top of the mountain, a good stone's throw from the others. "Well Kit, if that's what you think, that is where i will go. Hiroth, can we get a portal to the base of that tree, on the opposite side from the other contenders?"

"Why certainly you can!" Hiroth said as he touched the door way that led them into the small room. as his fingers left the surface a bright light erupted from the doorframe that quickly encompassed Adonis, before he knew it he was leaning against the tree, looking at the floor trying to settle his stomach.

"Damn, That's worse then my unwalls!" He said as Kit climbed up his leg and perched on his shoulder. "Kit, I need you to stay here, up in this tree. I don't want you getting hurt or in my way okay? come to me when the battle is over and i will treat you to your favorite meal okay?" Kit nipped at Adonis' ear and climbed the tree.

"Yeah, i know you don't like it, spoiled fox" Adonis said as he smirked and walked around the tree, grabbing a smooth stone from his pouch on his belt.

The breeze picked up and rushed past Adonis, sending his perfectly white over shirt, billowing out behind him and forcing his undershirt to push against his body. the Green Grass, the big aged oak's and the clear blue sky. all made Adonis feel like he was back in the forest he once called home, but he was in a combat situation. normally he wouldn't of come knowingly to a fight, but he felt as if the only way to advance his own magic would be through a fight, where no one would die. So as he got close enough to his opponents he closed his eyes and felt their magical affinity and when he opened his eyes and noticed their appearance, he knew why their elements were what they were.

"A Fish man, Maybe a beast made of Coral, that uses water magic, And a Being of magical fire, that uses fire" Adonis said out loud as he looked at the two titans in front of him "Now to keep thing's pleasant, my Name is Adonis Michael Cedric Cannon. nice to make your acquaintance" he Nodded at each person respectfully as he tossed his perfectly smooth stone up in the air and caught it again.

OOC-well this is going to be a fun fun battle. Two massive mages of ice and fire. And a normal Mage of ice. And Adonis.
------
Xaxan loved the place. He wold be rather sad to have to rend flesh to spill blood upon it, it looked so much like his home world before that demon corrupted it.

"Well, nice to new you"

The Prophet walked up to the man and looked at his head. He seemed to be made of the material he was all to firmiliar with It provided light in the 3000 years he had to sit, with 1 book and a few thousand pieces of paper. He knew it. Coral.

"May I ask you to not attack until our third friend arrives. I beleive that our second is by an oak tree up there."

He pointed to the north where a small mountain formed. He sensed that they would need all their power for this battle.

"Jerky?"

The Prophet asked as he pulled out a stick and tore it in half, offering the other half to the coral-man "Sorish" he called himself.

"Guess we have all the time in the world..."

He said as a portal ripped open in the air a few feet in front of them. And a bear fell out.

Sorish looked at the "jerky" then took it thanking the prophet then turned towards the new man. "Nice to meet you Adnos. My name is Sorish Mon Larsh, Ambassador of the Northern Seas and Historian. This here is the host of our battle Prophet Xaxan from the Planet Argus."

After finishing the introductions Sorish looked the man over. He looked like a typical man, a little taller than most but not by much. He noticed a slight brown showing through his white overshirt and his jeans just made him look all the more common. The only thing that stood out was the rusted sword on his back that really didn't look like it would do much damage, especially against his coral skin. The only other thing that stood out was a small sack that must of held round stones if the stone in the mans hand was any indication. He was a little bit more nervous of those then he was of the sword.

He took a bite of his jerky as he turned to the next thing that caught his attention, the random bear that had appeared only moments ago. What was it doing here?

Adonis smiled as the coral being introduced himself and the other.

"Prophet? Ambassador? well i don't have any fancy title like that, just Plain old Adonis the mercenary" Adonis said as he rolled the stone between his fingers, there was a slight breeze and a massive magical energy surge as a portal opened up and a bear fell through. Adonis immediately kicked off the ground and backed up a good ten feet.

"What is this? some kind of wildlife summoning magic?" He said as he crouched low to the ground, gently placing his an open palm on the ground. If this bear wasn't friendly, he was making himself seem like a smaller target.

"Umm, are we waiting for anything or is this a stare down battle? He said not moving his eyes off the bear that had appeared seemingly out of nowhere

This was not at all what Adonis was expecting, but it eased his conscious knowing that his opponents were also polite and well mannered, even knowing it would soon be a battle, and everyone would be spilling each others blood.

"Hi hi. Oh. Bear."

Sirius turned to the old black bear, obviously male. He drew his swords and stood there, waiting.

"All of you. Please move. I wish to not hurt you in any way. And this tends to hit HARD"

The man steadied himself, turned directly at the bear, and then pointed his sword at it. "Im Sirius, Blind Blade, nice to meet you all. Please help me kill the bear, then we shall cut to the chase, no?"

With an incantation of the name "Valrom" a bolt of golden energy leapt from Sirius' hand, it flowed down his blade and, with a crackle, and the smell of burning fur, hit the bear. Sirius then leapt forward, only to stop dead in his tracks as the bear moved towards him. He smiled.

"Hi. Since your a bear. I shall not introduce myself, but, i know what could help you out quite a bit."

He motioned for the red demon man to throw his jerky to Him.

"Water man. Please do make yourself useful. Please and thank you"

He waved to the tall man, then sat down with the jerky he had gotten, and put it in front of the bear.

Adonis had walked back to the tree he first teleported in at. Kit had climbed down and was resting on his shoulder as they watched the other three men on the top of the hill. “I guess it is that time eh boy?” Adonis asked as he pushed off the tree and put kit back up in the tree. “I can't sharpen my swordsmanship in here if we don't fight”

Adonis sighed as a strong gust of wind blew through the arena, making the tall grass bend and sway. Adonis closed his eyes and inhaled the sweet scent of the hillside. Hopefully shortly this would be a battle ground and there would not be a time to absorb such fine details.

"As much as I dislike blood shed, I also dislike wasting time. are we going to get this going? if not I can signal for a portal and leave you guy's to your stare down here" He asked as he approached the men atop the hill. He casually reached up and grabbed the hilt of his sword.

When the bear was dead, he evened out his stance. With his swords even he stood facing the threesome as the tallest ones chatted casually.

"Can we get to fighting or not"

He growled this as he lowered his swords to make sure the light giver enchantment still worked. His sword flared to life when its name was spoken, and he smiled. He pressed his feet into the soft ground and stood silently, he coat whipping in the wind that had kicked up.

"And so, the battle begins."

((OOC: With no one else posting i am going to assume interest was lost mostly? if not feel free to continue posting but for now. i want to continue this battle.))

"And so, the battle begins." the new man said as his coat began whipping about.

Adonis took a few step's back and unsheathed his sword, holding the rusted weapon of war in front of him. The only defensive stance he could remember from his childhood.

Sword pointing towards the sky, held out in front of him. Adonis's eyes glue'd upon the man in front of him, waiting to read his every move and to move his weapon to block the attack. The lush green grass was blowing about between the humanoids gathered on the hill top, the sweet smell of dew carried on the wind.
