The Island is about the size of Honolulu.

Here are the cities I need help with.

Tentona - The Capital city and an impenetrable fortress. Tentona is made out of the mountains around it. A narrow Path leads to the fortress. Five mountain peaks rise up across the city each turned to an important building. The buildings surrounding the mountains are made out of The lumber of the Shistania Forest and are simple.
In the central peak is the Palace, The grand hall is a hall of natural pillars that have been there for thousands of years. Nane are permitted to enter without wearing gloves.
In the Forward right is the Armory. Here is stored thousands upon thousands of weapons that can be used if attacked. This is also where the defence catapults are located.
The Forward Left is the Barracks. Here the soldiers sleep and are ready for any attack.
The Back Right is the library. It's got one of the biggest collection of books ever found in Althanas. However, due to the Island's lack of importance it was never known. Most of these books were gathered by their own explorers leaving and gathering them. They practically have the entire history of Althanas in these halls.
The Back Left Houses the University. The only College on the Island, Tentona University is a prosperous and varied when it comes to classes. It can teach on anything from Art, Science, History, Math, Writing, heck even fighting is taught here. Anything you want to be, you can learn at this university.

Vap - As the Entrance to the Vampire's Path. Vap is a small port city that connects to most of the other islands and continents of Althanas. Really, it just looks like a small town with a dock that can only fit one large ship, two medium ships and about five fishing boats at once. However, that doesn't really matter as it's main purpose is to monitor The Vampire Path. A path that leads throughout Grace to Vampire Keep.
The entrance to The Vampire Path is a giant gate with a vampire holding its arms out wide. Few can enter for they require the permission of Silvidar the Vampire (Future Character) who lives up in Vampire keep. A magic ball at the gate is used to contact him and request entry. If he deems you worthy the you shall enter the pass. Few who have entered have made it completely through. However, as a safety precaution, the path is enchanted to expel and revive you if you die. Non life threatening wounds will remain.

Genar - A village of one hundred people strong, Genar is the second place Grond will attack. It is just a simple village that has a giant tower in the center of it. The tower stands at fifty feet and at the top is an item of great importance, the Galadar Stone. This stone is thought to have come from space right before the town was built. It is also believed to actually be alive as it sometimes shakes and squeaking is heard every once in awhile. However, the most important thing about this stone is it's ability to grant a single wish every year on the summer solstice. Every year King Sendor, the King of Grace, travels to Genar to make a wish for his people to be Safe from attack by sea. Too bad for him, it's not an attack from sea he has to worry about.

Doson - A fishing town on Kalidora Lake, Doson is one of the friendliest places on grace. However, it is also said to be one of the most dangerous. Creatures are said to come out of the lake and attack this little town every night. It is unknown why they only attack Doson though, when Jed is also on the lake. Because of this, every night the villagers lock and barricade their doors. It is speculated though that the ring that the statue that was found at the bottom of the lake brings them here. This statue, which now stands in the center of town looks like these creatures with a few exceptions. The statue is humanoid, it has giant eyes, double fins down it's back (The creatures only have one), webbed hands & feet, The head has tentacle that if looked from above, come out of a ring in it's head (Creatures only have one tentacle on head), the mouth also is surrounded by tentacles that seem to be used to bring food into it. It 15 feet tall (Creatures stand roughly five feet)

Bec - The city of the kings, is the city that houses the King's Catacombs. Here all the kings of Grace are buried. A church marks the entrance to the catacombs which are expanded every time that a king dies. Some people claim that the kings bones walk every Winter Solstice, but nobody knows for sure as no one is brave enough to venture there on that day.

Grond - The home of Grond's ancestors, Grond is a busy port city that is the main port of Grace. With over 3000 people in this city alone, it has the largest towers in Grace. All the towers are made out of stone and are actually malls at the base.
They have a crank pulley system that acts like elevators to get to the top floors of the towers

Shilval - This just a military establishment that is used to house people if they were ever invaded by foreigners. it has a massive underground labyrinth that only locals know their way through. If any foreigner were to be able to enter the labyrinth, they would die there with no way of getting out. It is also thought that the stone statues that line the wall will stand up to protect the civilians if it was ever breached.

Gerca - The home of science, this city houses the biggest laboratory in Grace. It is so big that it actually has creatures captured from all over the world of Althanas. In fact they believe they have every creature known creature to date. They do allow others into the facility to challenge their subjects as an experiment so all you have to do is ask. They also secretly found a cure for the zombie virus that is rampant in Grace, However, they don't care about anybody but themselves so won't give up the formula.

Geminia - Originally two cities, Geminia has two cultures. The Left side from the ocean is a Smuggling port that goes all over the world, while the right is an uptight no funny business port. Because of this, both sides are known to fight amongst themselves. The City even looks like their culture. The left is raggidy, dirty, and unorganized, While the right is Clean, Well Kept, and Organized.

Vex - A Kalidora River Fishing town, Vex is actually built right on the river, It's supports keep it up off the water, careful though, fall off it's edge and you will find yourself facing a Gulper, A fish that will eat an average man in two gulps before shrinking back to it's 6 inch size. It is unknown how such a small fish can eat a man in two bites but it does. Anyway, this river town has had a rough time lately as the river has been slowly getting smaller for some unknown reason, and the fish have been disappearing, what can be the cause of this? No body knows (Except me ;) )

I also need help Drawing

The Poison Canyon (The Poison Crag ion map)- A giant canyon that is filled with a poisonous gas. A few animals have adapted to this environment so that they can eat the creatures who were stupid enough to venture into this canyon. This Canyon is in fact part of The Vampire's Path.

Vampire's Keep - A giant Cathedral that is home to Silvidar the Vampire. Vampire's keep is Enchanted so that vampires can not be killed there. However, if a kill strike is taken on a vampire, they are teleported to a special room where they are healed and must stay for the next week.

Most of these I just have a vague idea of what they look like but I want to see what you guys interpret these descriptions to look like.

As I've said, if you want to help, PM me or Post it here.

Given that Honolulu is a city, did you mean to say the island was the size of Hawaii? I have a mapping program and I'm willing to give this a shot.

Yah the island of Hawaii! That's it, maybe slightly bigger if needed for number of little towns and cities.
