View Full Version : Let's change it up!
Faelynn walked into the little enchanters store, hidden down a dark creepy alley at the back of some unknown street in the middle of the scariest place she'd ever seen in Radasanth. Inside was no better than outside really. It was dark and cramped. Little candles were strewn about shelves packed with boots and jars and bottles that had contents she did not want to look too closely into. Pieces of silk that may once have been beautiful covered most of the wooden surfaces and some hung in tattered remains from the ceiling. Still, it didn't deter the thief. She'd been told this was a good place to fix an errant enchantment and so, this was where she came.
Walking up to the back counter, Fae spotted a note that said 'squeeze here for service'.
"Okay..."
Beside the note was a little squishy looking doll. Tentatively, she reached out and gave the thing a squeeze. It felt wet a gross. The moment she touched it the damn thing latched on to her hand and wouldn't let go.
"Oh god, get it off, get it off!" She squealed as she waved her arm around, trying to dislodge the possessed little toy.

An old man smiled, showing his broken teeth. "Interested in dolls, are we missy?" He let out a deep laugh. "A pretty girl like you doesn't belong in a place like this." He suddenly became cautious. "Why exactly are you here?" he croaked.
Eventually, Faelynn dislodge the freaky toy of life sucking dead and destruction. The little thing went flying halfway across the room, smushed against the wall and then fell tot he ground with a strange splat sound.
"Note to self, never touch freaky looking dolls again."
Turning to the old and fugly looking dude behind the counter, Fae reached into one of the many pockets that lined her jacket and slapped down two steel bracelets in the rough and stained wooden surface. Stained with what, she didn't want to know and was not going to ask. It's always better that way.
"The enchantment on these is messed up. I want you to fix it and make it so that when I activated them the metal turns to liquid and I can command that liquid to move across any part of my body and resolidify into any shape I can picture in my pretty little girlie head."

"That'd be 1125 GP."
Sorry Witch, you'd be able to use these guys in the Cell since I was late. Keep in mind though with the above quoted price, the bracelets could mold into something with the same amount of metal required as the bracelets (i.e. they couldn't form a long sword). Is that what you're interested in?
"Holy *@$%!! You've got to be *^&$ing kidding me!?"
Faelynn reached into one of her dozens of pockets and pulled out the cash, slapping it down on the counter.
"Freaking highway robbery, next you'll be telling me gas has gone up to 3.75 a gallon!"
(You hit the nail on the head, I just want the bracelets to liquify and then resolidfy into whatever shape she wills then. Think spiffy brass knuckles. :p)
