Can I add character powers before I level up? Cause I'm still a long way from level 2/3 and I already have a huge plan for some character development for Ashla in my threads "Welcome to the Masquerade" and the one or two threads that follow- but it will require a new ability that involves ghosts and her family tree and then learning yet another new ability after that .
So the question is, how do I update a character's power before the next level up? Cause for these threads I'm 99.99.99.99.9% sure I'll still be at the level I am now by the time they're finished. Thank you! :)

It depends, I think. If the additional powers don't push you over your current level's cap, then I'm pretty sure that you can do another profile update. Might be worth seeing what the RoG staff say, though :)

Thank you :). The first new ability doesn't do anything at all concerning the real world, but is all in her mind when she's not awake. The other ability needs a lot of will and physical power, so from the start, even activating the ability will be very hard. So I think it's all at her level, as the second ability she'll be getting better at through time.

Where do I register the update? Character registration?

I believe Otto is correct in that you can do a mid-level update as long as you have room before the ability cap, but I'll check to make sure. Either way, you put it in the Character Updates section.

Luned and Otto are correct. Mid-level updates are designed for just this purpose, so long as your update is modest and storyline based, you should be fine.
