Subject is marked by identical tattoos on the back of either hand. Each is a thick, black equal sign.
Behavior Report: Subject displays several signs of insecurity; rubs hands together constantly, avoids all contact with other patients as well as faculty members. Do to his condition, the subject rarely speaks. Attempts at teaching the subject sign language have proved unsuccessful. Subject refuses to interact with anyone other than Dr. Ortaa herself.
Peronal Belongings: Upon arrival the following personal belongings were confiscated from subject 1008-B14. All items have been reported missing along with the subject.

Condition: Subject's vocal cords and ear drums are mutated to a level far above any normal human. Any sound the subject makes can be amplified up to ten times, often into a sonic boom with the potential to kill a selected target. Subject's ear drums are protected by a sponge-like sound dampener located deep within subjects ear. This dampener materializes when an excellerated frequency is activated by subject's vocal cords and de-materializes shortly after. Attempts at harnessing subject's ability into a weapon proved succesful on several occasions. Through training and regulation the subject was able to preform the following actions.
Sonic Boom: Subject was able to amplify his voice into a projectile weapon, focusing the sound forward into a cone effect, the subject was able stun four of five test subjects, as well as knock all five to the ground. All effects were limited to a thirty yard range, which gradually lost potencey after fifteen feet.
Sonic Cancler: Subject was able to project a low frequency sound wave that cancled out all other frequencies, causing complete silence within a twelve yard radius. Subject could only retain the sound for 25 to 30 seconds.
Screech: Subect was able to scream at an extremely high frequency, high enough to shatter glass. All test subjects within ten feet were temporarily deafened. All others within hearing range experienced extreme discomfort.
Subject showed signs of great fatigue when forced to activate any sonic attack repeatedly.
