In essence, I'd like it's tip to possess the ability to inflict drought on somebody. This would make them feel incredible thirst, with the need to drink (any substance) growing with each subsequent strike.

I'd also like to inscribe 'Tha''un' on the shaft (Arabic for plague). This would be in magical text, so it never fades.
