Welcome one and all to the New Althanas pokemon x/y league!

this is mainly just to network all the people on Althanas that play pokemon. you can use this thread for trade proposals, battles, and what have ya.

but because it is a league i will keep track of battles and post here the score. and once everyone is at an equal footing for some battles i will start an actual fight league.

Lye, Protean makes it so Froakie's typing changes to whatever move he's about to use, so you're always getting the same-type attack bonus. Also keeps your opponent on their toes, because they may not have a way to deal with whatever type Froakie switched to.

Want. If I beat the game to allow cross transfer, I have some wicked pokemon from past titles. A few shiny you can have if you want, all the starters, a red gyrados, I may still have a few extra rares there too. I'd need to look. Might even have a shiny breeding ditto you might use more than me. If you ever find a shiny Voltik, I claim first rights.

Rather than a conventional cross-transfer like Gen 4 and 5 had, Nintendo is opening the Pokemon Bank in December. It's like a cloud storage service for Pokey Manz, and then you can download an app off the e-shop to transfer all your stuff from Black/White/Black 2/White 2. Which is good, because I'm having some serious separation anxiety right now without my Dragonite, Cloyster, and Scraftys in my party.
