Wow.

Just...wow.

Scintillation beautiful, nail-biting, and simplistic. I really enjoyed this thrill-ride down to every breath. It makes you wonder why such complicated plots make it to the screen, when character driven films like this (with the aid, admittance, of awesome cinematography and bile stirring physics and camera techniques) are so much more interesting and engrossing.

Anyone else brought down to earth by this?

I was breathtaken by the visuals, but the story was lame.

I loved most of it. Nearly everything about it is subtly complicated and it's something that would be near imposible to write out /on your own/ for cinema.

But god damm it, he did it.

Bit heavy handed on the metaphors though. :P
