Hello everyone. As we indicated, during the shutdown if you submit a wiki entry you'll receive 250 EXP for a stub and 500 EXP for a complete entry (classified as 2000 words or above). This is a very easy way to level up during the downtime. You can put anything you'd like: a character page for our census, a history of your race, continent entry for your other region, information about a special material, even languages or races of Althanas (though expect those to be edited by moderators).

Use this thread to link to your stub/complete entry. We'll review it and then give you EXP.

Is this wiki page experience only apply to pages created within the week of maintenance? I could write up some pages but for my characters, I'm currently lacking access to my character profiles...

I think it would be a good idea to continue the reward beyond the shutdown, so as to keep the Wiki continually updated with new information, even if the reward is reduced after the shutdown is over.

I don't suppose there's more experience if your post goes way beyond 2k words? I'm writing out something to explain how Sanste's golem system works and right now it's almost 2k words and I think I'm only around half way through.

I'm making a wiki page on the golem system Sanste's family uses. It's still incomplete but it's at 2834 words and from the looks of it, not even half way done. Anyways, I posted what I have worked on so far (If people want to give feedback, that would be great so I can improve it/clear up details).

Note: I'm treating it more like a clan member wrote a book on the golem system so it's not quite like the regular wiki pages... I hope that's fine.

Working on a page for some of the Races in Althanas. Right now, I just have an overview page and a page for Kitsune. I will be trying to write up at least a small stub for each race that doesn't already have a page but unfortunately, the task of fully writing out all the races is probably beyond me. Help would be great if anyone has some time and knowledge to assist.

Note: While there are links to the Races overview page. None of the pages are created other than Kitsune (I plan on writing that out), Mystics (I believe Amber is doing that one), Sinai (which apparently Zook is doing), and Coralians (hoytti's race I believe). All the other pages and any other races you want to add it open to anyone I suppose.

Edit: Hopefully if the content is fleshed out, I can update the main wiki page to include the races. But for now, it's not linked to the main page since the content is very incomplete.

The Harpies are also mentioned as a civilization of higher intellect as well. You may need Witch's help to flesh out the Draconian and Fae races. Christoph would be best to help you on the lore of all the elf, dwarf, and orc variations. Kistsune could also fall under the Lycanthrope race encompassing all animal hybrids. You may want to consider dividing that race into tribes - each tribe falling under the general categories of canine and feline. Avian is covered by the Harpies. Reptilian is covered by Draconians. Aquatic is covered by Merfolk. And the livestock variation are Centaur. Kitsune could just be a specific breed and culture of the Canine tribe.

I'd like to point out that, if the Sinai are included in the Races page (and I'm gleeful over the idea), they should be included as an ethnicity of humans, not as their own separate race.

FOX, Coralians would be under Merfolk, however, there are two other beings that look like Mermaids/Mermen. There are the Merpeople and then there are the Sirens. The Merpeople are the ones that are seen in Atlantisian movies and the Sirens are the ones that drag sailors to the depths of the sea.

I just added an entry to Akashima's Wiki Page on Fighting Techniques, using suggestions from members to decide on what styles we felt like Akashima should be home to. I don't know if this matters or not anymore, but I guess I'll find out. This does not encompass all of them, nor am I the creator of Akashima, so I can't call this Canon, but I felt like adding this would generate some more specificity with fighting styles used in the world of Althanas and everyone seemed fine with idea. All styles and names are subject to addition and change by the playerbase until the creator of Akashima objects or an admin objects, I guess?

Been editing the entire wiki forum last few days, wouldn't mind some exp for my efforts.

Added updated nav-bar to all category pages.
Added links to all pages in their relevant categories.
Added links on all pages back to their parent categories.
Added Locales to Regions for smaller areas of interest.
Added Families to Races for certain articles.
Re-worded a few category descriptions.
Alphabetized the Bestiary category.
Alphabetized the Races category.


I added a lot of links and descriptions in the Bestiary, Races, and Census categories.
For those concerned, I merely copy/pasted a few lines from the articles for their descriptions
