Just out of curiosity, may I ask how the Subforum perk works? If you purchase this perk, we'll build you a subforum in Other Regions and make you the administrator of the forum. You can make this password protected or add any other constraints you want. It works very much like an HQ.

Oh, basically when you hit level... 15, I want to say, you have to pay like 10k GP to lift the level limit to 16... That's about it.
