So~ I'm going to start my own adventure. Anyone interested in some treasure-hunting?

Theme: Treasure-Hunting.

Locale: Somewhere mysterious... OK, maybe somewhere in Alerar or Raiaera. Maybe Haidia?

Overview:

I need to gather a few materials needed to create my own inventions (nothing extremely dangerous, mind you, because even I have limits) and in need of a few artifacts from the old age. I have recently discovered several old maps in Uncle Hajime's workshop marked with writing and travelling routes. From what I can see, it is mostly about Alerar but there are also maps of other places I'm not too familiar with. Well, then again, I haven't been travelling far from home much anyways. T^T

So! This will be a multi-quest, in essence, but I'll be doing this one part at a time.

First Quest: Forgotten Gears

On this journey, we will be visiting the Obsidian Spire in the Red Forest. I heard there are a lot of ancient relics, some magical while other aren't. I don't care about those magic stuff - I'm looking for mechanical stuff! So, I will need maybe one or two people as escorts in and out of that area. Friendly and handsome (IC) people with fighting abilities to boot will be a plus, thank you!

As for payment... Umm... *counts money* ...I actually don't have that much gold...

..How about you get to keep whatever treasure I might come across with 50 gold from my stash each? I know it's not much, but I'm on a low budget.

Sucks for having no income, no?

OK! This is up for grabs for anyone interested in treasure-hunting and magic stuff.

As a side-note, you must be active or I won't give you any payment. One to two posts per week would be nice, thank you. ^_^

Glad to have you onboard! I'll keep this open for a couple more days and see if anyone else is interested. During that time, I'll pester Master Raven to lay out the entire story. Someone had to teach him to be initiative. =P

OK! So, I have chosen my two escorts! They are... Mr. July Nusquam and Mr. Perchik Dayas.

I shall have the thread up in a couple of days from now in Raiaera. Here are the details that will go into your introduction (if you feel it made sense to you):

I have posted a good number of fliers around the major cities of Althanas stating that there will be an expedition heading into the Red Forest in search for lost artifacts of the War of the Taps. Of course, there will be NPCs who thought about joining but most end up wimping out when the challenge came up. You guys travel to Anebrilith any way that seems fitting and I will be waiting near the docks I had specified a time and place in the notices as well - The Day after the Full Moon of the Third Cycle. Or... a week from now IC just in case you needed time to travel. I will be waiting in the Singing Blades Inn wearing mostly brown and a pair of glasses. Shouldn't be too hard to spot me, considering that the Raiaerans like to dress rather vibrantly compared to the Alerans.

I'll be waiting. O_~

I'm sorry for whatever grief I've caused, so I won't make you wait any further. Please move on without me and accept Letho into the quest in my stead. I'm afraid that even if I post, I'll lose interest in July like I already have and will bring the quest to a further halt.

Good luck with it, though. We'll eventually write together once I'm absolutely back with solid participation, so no worries.

OK... So Mister Moonscar finally returned my PM saying he's interested.

Well, it's about time this quest starts moving!

Once Mister Moonscar joins up with the rest of us, we will be heading out to Carnelost for supplies and a good night's rest before we head into the Red Forest.

I know it sounds a bit stupid, what with the Bladesingers all over the place and things like that, but that's where Mr. Dayas' sneakiness comes in. ^_^ I'm waiting, Mr. Moonscar!
