Personality:
Blair is a twisted man. He only does for his pleasure and gain. However, he always has a calmness to him, which in some situations is a tad unsettling

History:
Blair was a divine being, not a god or anything, and he met a demon. Unaware that it was a demon he fell prey to the demons charm and went on a killing spree, slaughtering angel after angel. Once the demon released its grip on him his very soul began to twist when he realized what he had done. Once the gods found him they exiled him to a life on the material plane. Ever since Blair has wandered from place to place, leaving a trail of blood in his path.

Swordplay- Blair has studied fencing extensively.
Martial Arts- Blair has also trained to fight without his weapons

Abilities:
Blink Step - Blair can move 2 times his normal speed up to 10 ft. He can only do this once, then he has to rest to regain the ability.
Final Stand - When Blair gets severely wounded, he slips in to a fit of rage that last for 30 seconds. This works like a second wind, and if this happens he passes out afterwards.

Teleportation is a pretty high powered ability and doesn't fit the power level for a level one character. The only way I can approve it is if for the time being you limit it as a non-combat ability. My advice would be to start out with a speed boost and then work up to teleportation when you level a bit. You are allowed up to three abilities, so feel free to add a couple if you'd like.

Also, you are allowed three weapons to begin, so we'll have to limit the throwing knives to two for now. You can purchase more in the bazaar once you are approved.

An average human can sprint twelve to fifteen miles an hour, so you could run about thirty with this ability.

With final stand, he is basically able to continue fighting once when he normally would have fallen? So really its just a few moments to give him one last attempt to hit the opponent? I just want to make sure I'm understanding completely.
