Can we implement the core member judge program discussed in the pancakes podcast

World load is pretty minimal at the moment due to a low queue. I would say judging one to two threads a month. Around high activity bouts, you may have to bump that up to three or four. I'm flexible, so just work with me and we can arrange a workload that's right for you.
