Would you like to be an Althanas Judge?

Yes, you! Newbie, oldbie, or somewhere in between, it does not matter. Your staff and your fellow writers need your help. Judging is the blood of Althanas and it keeps the experience and gold flowing. Intimidated by reading and rating other people's work? Don't be! Althanas is a peer to peer site. You don't need to be an ace word smith to be a good judge. You just need to be a good reader and know what makes a good story!

Want to help out all of Althanas? Excellent! [Click Here] (http://www.althanas.com/world/misc.php?do=form&fid=3) and submit a staff application! It's that easy!

What happens now? Well, let us take a look at your application, ask you a few questions, and give us some time. We will let you know if you've got the skill to go all the way and make you an official Althanas Judge!

What's so great about being a Judge?

Well, aside from being awesome, you get:

Monthly EXP/GP Incentives for all the threads you judge.
Huge new inbox!
Access to the Moderator forums!
Spiffy Italic name!
Custom User Title like "The Crimson Assassin"!
An opportunity to help others grow!

So what have you got to lose? Give it a shot!

Do we have any others out there interested in being on staff?

There is no such thing as too many judges! If you're not on staff and would like the opportunity, submit an application via the link above.

What's the work load?
I'd be happy to judge and be of use if that is of any help.

Can we implement the core member judge program discussed in the pancakes podcast

World load is pretty minimal at the moment due to a low queue. I would say judging one to two threads a month. Around high activity bouts, you may have to bump that up to three or four. I'm flexible, so just work with me and we can arrange a workload that's right for you.
