Personality: Nart is completely gung ho type of pretty boy. Even though his idea of fun might be different from most he has never liked killing. He would knock them, out or stab them in a lethal part of the body to keep from killing his opponent. To make his encounters brief to nearly non existent. To walk up from behind another and end his life just to keep from having to see their face.As far as his inter personal skills and personality. Nart does really well with most people. Laughing, cutting up and carrying on are second natural to him. Having a good time in all fashions. Being about a particular scene never fitted his style.
Appearance: Well to start this off, Nart was slim with a fair musculature build. Being pretty active since the time he could crawl as a baby. He is more refined in muscle than huge. Having that high school swimmers build. His brown hair and brown and tan skin seem to suit him well.
Attire: He wears very loose fitting clothing. Tank tops, hoodies, basketball style shorts, ankle height shoes. The colors nor clothing items never stay the same but you can tell from his appearance he dressed for comfort.
Body Marking: One Tattoo, One Scar.
His tattoo is a compass. Like a "teche" type of deal. Showing various gears,springs with a intricate outline being all black in color. His scar is a nasty piece of work that starts from the middle of his index finger and stretches down the length of his hand to the wrist. Looking and bit rigid and diagonal as it end on the opposite side of his thumb on his left hand.
History: Nart grew up like every other child really. Born in Corone, he went to school, he done homework and projects. But as he got older he got a nack for destruction. Throughout high school he picked fights but not in a pursuit for glory kind of way. He just loved the action. The first chance he got he took up boxing and wrestling teams. He LOVED it, and that's putting it lightly, but with a bent sense of enjoyment he loved adventure. The navy was the perfect get away.
He took the first ticket he could get out of dodge. Running off to secretly sailor boy. Developing a nac for map reaching and counter tactics. Becoming about of the special forces intelligence. Nart went all over the world from Corone, Salvar, Raiaera, and Scara Brawe. So without missing a beat he done what every gung ho dummy does in his military career after serving five years in the military. He hooks up with the admiral's daughter. "MUHAHAHA" But now he is of ripe age at twenty four and looking for his next adventure.
Combative Skills:
Map Reading: Nart is pretty far at reading maps and understanding territories its surround. Anything from common weather statics, drop off points and travel paths.
Weather Reading: He can look at a area and see the current weather condition of that time and what is soon to happen. After learning wind manipulation he thought it best to take a interest.
Brawling: Although Nart is Ex Special Forces, his fighting style does not match most in that line of work. Martial arts is not his go to fighting style. Yes, some of his moments are and even with foot work, but his style is not that graceful by no means. He likes it down and dirty; one on one throwing the dukes tell one of the combats just fall out.
Small Weapons: He can use most small bladed weapons to a point of fairness. He is skilled but only to a intermediate level.
Story Related Skills:
Firearms: Nart can shoot pretty well, but he does not carry a gun nor does he wish too.
Swimming: He is a great swimmer compared to most but when grouped with a another water born native of the military his attributes are fairly common.
Information Gathering: By any means necessary, Nart would gather information through computers or word of mouth.
Silver Tongue: He is a smooth talker, he having a very easily going fasad about himself.
Abilities:
Wind/Air Manipulation: Nart can manipulate the wind in various ways. Sadly,however; he is still learning to master this ability. He studied for years about micro burst, tornadoes, density, air pressure changes, dead air or air pockets; with this knowledge it did help in magnificent strides in combative development.
Current Manipulations Through Air:
Standard Breeze: He can shift small to intermediate amount of air at a time to cause flurries in a area. His current strength he can only manipulate wind speed up to roughly thirty mphs or less. Limit use is three.
Bursting: Compacting the air around himself into a small area he can release a burst of air in concussive blast that actually be seen; because of various gases in the air that are pulled into his manipulation. Causing his manipulation to leak out gas like a haze or fume. Note this is not subject to a single way he direct this sub-ability, he can use this with a weapon, random item or body limb. At his current level he can only collect enough force that he can push or move small objects of a average persons size up to two hundred pounds. He could not kill an opponent with just a blow or two, it would feel like getting punched or being shoved. Limited use, at the moment he can not use more than three per battle.
Flight Step: By collection of air around his limbs he can push off condensed air; Nartivus can leap into the air roughly twenty foot. Afterward, he can only delay the drop for a few second. By pulling and releasing the air under his feet he has learned to make it where landing doesn't hurt his joints. Limit use is two.
Equipment/Weapons: One iron Tonto/short sword roughly three foot long from hilt to blade tip. This weapon is very standard, being solid iron, a six inch hilt wrapped in brown leather for grip. No hand guard.
