History: Born in the small town of Vents, Outlands, Dr. Steam is a steam scientist. He researches and builds things run on steam. While most of his inventions blow up in his face, he is known to have a breakthrough every once in a while. For this reason, the small town he was born in has turned into a steam metropolis. Everywhere you look steam machines are seen, from steam cars, train, and even flying machines. Even though this city has been steampunked, he wants to bring his machines to the world. The way he does this is by selling his inventions to travelers who visit the city. Watch as he changes the world.

Appearance: Lean, Muscled, Messy Black Hair, Green Eyes, Goggles (on top of head when not working, over eyes when working), White Dress Shirt, Blue Overalls, White Lab Coat with Oils Stains (closed when working), Steel Toe Oil Stained Leather Boots, Oil Stained Leather Gloves, And a steampack on his back.

Skills:

Artifice – Dr. Steam is an inventor or steam-powered machines. Anything that can be made by steam he can make. However, steam powered humanoid robots are beyond him.

Machines (Replace Abilities): All machines run on the steam in the steampack on Dr. Steam's back. The steam pack requires both water and wood to run. If either run out than machines become useless.


Jumper: a machine that has four legs under the cockpit where Dr. Steam sits and connects his steampack. The jumper is big enough for him to sit in. However, they only cover his waist. The only way that they can be used to attack is if they were to land on a person which could end up impaling them, or flattening them depending on where they land. the legs can not move on their own and can not go out far as they are meant to crouch down by folding in on themselves then pushing off like a spring. Does not automatically spring back, instead springs with steam.


Abilities:

Jump: 2x Jump Height

Acrobatics: 2x Speed & Agility

Possible Ability Combinations:

Max = 3 Jump
Max = 2 Jump + 10 seconds Acrobatics
Max = 1 Jump + 20 seconds Acrobatics
Max = 30 seconds Acrobatics

Notice: Machines seem to appear out of nowhere as he points to it and says, "Behold the *Name of Machine*! *Gives explanation of machine's function*" During explanation it's like everything around him is paused and when he is done he jumps into machine and to opponents it looks like the machine just appeared under him.

Equipment/Weapons:

Toolbox – His toolbox is full of everything he needs to make his inventions.

Giant Wrench – He has a giant iron wrench that he uses to defend himself when needed.

What do you mean where you've written: 1 Jump = 10 seconds Acrobatics ?

Okay, I simplified this as best I can. The "1 Jump = 10 seconds Acrobatics" was to try to show that the use of abilities rely on eachother. for every one jump you used 10 seconds of the Acrobatics. For every ten seconds of Acrobatics you used 1 jump. The reason for this is because the machine runs on steam and so it requires the steampack to work. The steampack has a limited amount of steam, so I had to make it so that the two abilities had to share usage.

I hope the change to possibilities formulas made it easier. I will have to make sure that during battle I don't use more then what is recorded.

Ahh, I understand now.

When he summons the legs, how big are they? Would they allow him to step or kick someone?
