Echo walks down an open street, not dressed in his usual shinobi attire but in more civilian clothing as not to draw attention to himself. He walks up to a vendor in the streets and looks at his wears, a few blades and one or two bows are sprawled out on top of his table. "He may be able to help me" Echo thinks to himself about the shady man working behind the table.

"Sir," Echo says aloud to get his attention "are you able to craft me about 200 feet worth of razor thin steel wire? If so how much coin in needed?" he says with a dark intention.

Garic knew a killer when he saw one, and this man certainly fit the bill, despite his inconspicuous garb. He mulled the question over in his mind, calculating how much it would cost and how much of his precious material he would have to use.

Satisfied with his calculations, he nodded. "Aye, I can do it for ya'," Garic stated, his mouth a gaping crevice displaying three rotten, yellow-and-brown teeth, " and it'll only be one-hundred and fifty gold sovereigns, if'n it pleases ya'."

He leaned on his table nonchalantly, awaiting the man's response.
