At long last...

A lack of suitable facilities has prevented me from doing this... until now, with access to the Trading Company stables.

Alright, since this is.. a unique request, I'm going to go right ahead and explain my working for pricing this, and leave it up for the other Bazaar mods, admins etc to see.

That way I can't be accused of being unfair, etc.

Dirks, if you're reading this and would like me to change pricing, etc, I'd be happy to discuss it should my price be considered too high/ too low.

Right;

So, because we lack anything like pricing for steeds, I'm going to start off simply, and count this as a larger than huge (size modifier 6) suit of Artic Beast hide.

That puts the starting number at 600 GP

Because it's a living, breathing animal, I figure the masterwork modifier would cover the difference in mass, muscle, etc, etc.

That brings the figure to 900 GP

And, as a final touch, for the horn, I'll work out the price for a short sword made of bone.

That brings the total price up to 950 GP.

Now, because Otto is not registering this mount as a familiar, so it therefore can't be used in battles or tournaments, I am taking 10% off the price, on the understanding that should otto wish this creature to be usable in battles, he will pay the additional 10% to represent its combat-training, as well as registering it through RoG like any other familiar, of course.

I realise this may be taking some liberties, but I feel that for something so unusual, I'm allowed to be flexible within the realms of reason.

This would bring the price to 855 GP.

I actually still have 200 gold pending from the Valentine's Day vignette challenge. Once that comes through, I will happily pay the 950 gold and include it as a battle-usable familiar. Many thanks!
