Keep in mind there are still a couple days left in February. If you get a post done today or tomorrow you can claim it. Hysteria, both of those threads have posts in February, but we can only count one per month for the HQ exp. If you wrote anything in January let me know and I'll add it in.

What do you mean by HQ exp? Do we only claim one quest a month?
