Personality:
Rashnu is a radical, and that shows when interacting with him - his sole purpose in life is the destruction of heretics and sinners. He quotes scripture on a regular basis and focuses his attention on identifying potential magic users and others he considers to be worthy of the judgement of a Hunter. As such, he seems somewhat distracted when around other people.
His radicalism seems to be beyond simply faith and loyalty to the Church, however, as he has become dissatisfied with what he believes is a softer approach by the Church, following the Salvaran civil war. If it was up to Rashnu, there would still be daily patrols throughout the country and beyond to find, torture, and then kill heretics.

Appearance:
Rashnu is lithe, but he has solid muscle tightly surrounding his average frame. His hair is pure white, as is his entire attire: Full-length leather trenchcoat, round-neck shirt, denim trousers and stout boots. His eyes are azure but seem always to hold a light behind them. He looks young for his age and has a handsome visage.

History:
Judgement Day will come. It has been prophesied by many a messenger of God. But there are some for whom judgement cannot wait: For these sinners there will be imminent judgement. That Judgement is Rashnu: Angel of Judgement. Sent into the world by God at the cost of his wings, Rashnu was granted certain abilities to assist in delivering judgement. By Word of God, Rashnu is Judge, Jury and Executioner.

Well, he would be if he could remember any of that stuff!

Rashnu remembers being brought up within the Church, studying their teachings, and deciding to join the Witch Hunters. He cannot recall anything of his pre-mortal life, but has always felt a deep-set sense of duty towards ousting and punishing sinners and heretics. Even as a child, he was often reporting witches.

Within the Hunters, he reached a high enough rank to have command over several 'units' of Hunters, and was feared by many both within and outside the Church. He flourished in the civil war and took a certain joy in the increased hunts. After the war, however, he started to become disgruntled, believing that the Church should have maintained their fervor. He has started slowly losing faith, driven by his innate need to deliver judgement.

Equipment:
Armour:
Leather Trenchcoat: Full length, white, with a deep-cowled hood.
Leather Trousers: White, boot cut.
Leather Boots: White.
Iron Brestplate: Standard issue, worn beneath his shirt.

Weapons:
Small Iron Dagger: Six inches in length, with a slight curve, the handle is leather-wrapped for grip. Kept in a white scabbard.
Others: See Weapon Conjuration below.

Other:
Notebook and Pen: A small notebook and pen that fits inside his coat pocket. The paper is plain and the pen has an inkwell built into it.
Scriptures: A pocket-sized version of the Church's holy texts.
All-seeing-eye Insignia: Stitched into a square of black leather, this identifies Rashnu as a Hunter.

Skills:
Weapon Proficiency: Rashnu is of above-average skill in the use of most weapons. He, however, has mastery of the sword, the whip and the staff.
Intellect: Rashnu is intelligent and learned. He can understand all languages at a basic level, but only speaks Trade and Elvish. He also reads and writes and understands the culture of most places.
Perception: His God-given role has given him a certain perception towards sinners. He cannot identify individual sins, but gets a sense of whether someone is sinful or not, regardless of facade. It's like a tingling at the back of his neck.
Martial Arts: Rashnu is above-average in hand-to-hand combat and has a hybrid style, having studied several martial arts as part of his Hunter training.

Abilities:
Hunter Training: Rashnu is can track anyone or anything that is up to two levels higher than himself. If the 'trackee' is more than two levels higher, Rashnu can track them with a maximum of three hours head-start, this reduces by an hour for each level. If a 'trackee' has stealth training and is of equal or higher level to Rashnu, this ability is negated entirely. Being able to track was a vital part of his training as a Witch Hunter, and is based on observation of tell-tale signs left by those he pursues.
Weapon Conjuration: This is an ability Rashnu has known since early teens. He can conjour any of a number of weapons from within his trenchcoat that are all made of starting-tier materials. The opening of the trenchcoat acts only as a focus, rather than the coat being enchanted. He can conjour the following weapons:

- Katana: A basic katana with white hilt and scabbard.
- Whip: A six foot leather bull whip.
- Staff: A five foot oak staff.
- Naginata: A four foot staff with a wide iron blade at the end.
- Dual Tomahawks: One foot oak handles with iron heads.
- Rapier: Made of iron.
- Nunchaku: Each 'handle' is nine inches long, connected by an iron chain three inches long.
- Battle Fabs: Two iron-bladed fans with an 18 inch diameter.
Rashnu can summon one of the above weapons at the beginning of a battle, then a further one weapon that replaces the original so long as the battle exceeds 15 posts.
Lightning Bolts: Rashnu can summon lightning bolts to strike his opponents, so long as he is currently using a conjured weapon. The bolts take a turn to 'charge' before they can strike, an be used up to three times per thread and will give three second paralysis and minor burns to those unprotected from lightning magic.

For the most part, everything looks all right! I just need you to clear some things up for me.

How does Rashnu track his quarry? Is he better at perceiving the signs they leave behind? Or is it magical, allowing him to simply know where they are?

Everything looks fine here, but if you would include a blanket statement in the first part of the ability that states these are all only starting tier materials for now, that would be greatly appreciated.
