History:
Dakkon struggled to escape his fate was one he kept to himself for years, not wanting to burden another with his trouble or perhaps he simply wasn't social enough to make anyone care enough about him and want to help him escape it. He doesn't remember it not or anything else from all those years ago, that was sort of the problem when you fight all along in that when you finally fail and fall there’s no one there to help you pick up the pieces or keep you on your feet. How? Why? He doesn't remember- things that literally happened only a few years ago having been purposefully and mercilessly expunged from his mind leaving him with only fragments at the time- regardless that is who he was, and what he needs to discover as for who he is now.

Alerar is known as the land of Technology and Industry and homeland of the Dark Elves and although most of them largely shun magic in place of technological advancement, artificing and alchemy there are still a select few or wish to find ways to combine the mediums of magic and technology into one cohesive science in which one can make up for the folly of the others. One such Dark Elf was approached by what appeared to be his one of his High Elf Kinfolk and was pleasantly surprised to find her not only interested in his art but the application of applying it with her own to create something greater- she had a specific concept in mind and when he found out about it the idea was so foreign yet interesting to him he couldn't say no.

When he awoke the sight before him was of a lab in ruin, the place was dark except for the faint glow of spilled alchemical ingredients and a dull blue glow filling the room coming from none of then this current form. Those arcane augmented limbs where spread, one to his side and the other in front of him having crushed something into the floor- he couldn't tell what it was, a dark red smudge mixed with chunks of meat that could have been anyone. His head was empty of things like regret as truthfully he didn't even know what that was anymore- in his birth rampage he had probably killed one of the only people who knew what he was or what had happened to him, a short glance back allowed him to see the shattered tank he had come from, instruments of torture to him inside having poked and prodded him for years on end. He found himself letting out a rather inhuman growl- before the sound of something moving, a grinding of metal had him chasing off after the sound as if it would lead him to the answer of the only question he found himself with. What am I?

Appearance:
A creature with a vague humanoid appearance. His main body looks like a young, thin male made mostly of flesh with some features comprised of an almost metallic looking substances, particularly his legs up to the thigh and arms up to the elbow. These limbs however are far from human in appearance and look almost like armor- feet of wide flexible claws- his fingers very similar in nature, expect smaller and shorter which makes manipulating small and complex objects easier for him but still more difficult compared to someone with normal hands. A simple armored coat adorns his form- actually something made for him as both a container and a extension of the energy he tends to generate almost constantly, it covers the rest of his body straight up to the neck.

The rest of him he looks almost humanoid, long black shaggy hair contouring around his face and features – really only exposing thin pale lips and his chin. A glimmer of unnatural glowing blue eyes peak out from underneath those strands of unkempt hair. It almost looks like a mask, made of similar material to that of his arms and legs, its rather hard to tell however. Probably his most prominent features are the 'weapons' he wields coming out of his upper and lower back, attached to his body.

Another set of metallic limbs crackling with arcane energy- forming along the bottom pair into a set of over sized arms like you'd find on an ogre, these however are smooth, crafted and flex using that same arcane energy as not only its bones but its claw as well- powered by him. The second set come out just above his shoulder blades, these more look like wings- yet each ends in a series of talon like tips that point inward- almost as if designed for close range combat while the other larger pair are for mid ranged combat. These arms are always visible- however when inactive they collapse and compress onto his back, however they are still far to large to hide with normal coverings- even when dormant.

Skills:
Combat Tactics (Basic) – He is familiar with combat concepts often used by others, things like flanking, high ground and so on, although the ability to recognize when they are being used isn't perfected nor is the ability to execute them himself.
Tracking (Basic) – He is somewhat knowledgeable in tracking others, not just through rough terrain or the woods but even through cities, although this is somewhat hindered by his poor social skills.
Anatomy (Basic) – He has a basic understanding of most humanoid living creatures bodies and how they are put together, which organs are located in which parts and what happens if they are harmed.

Abilities:
Arcane Blood- Karacos body is so heavily infused with arcane energy he is incapable of magic, there is simply to much raw energy and any attempts to preform a simple spell would probibly end in chaos. So instead he's forced to use in a rather brutal way, releasing it from his body to empower his own body. As he grows in power the amount and duration of this ability will increase. For now he can release extra energy into his arms to increase their speed or power for a short period of time. (This can be used 4 times a day before he needs to recover.)

Arcane Augmentation- Having a unnatural supply of arcane energy held inside his body, he is capable of using it to activate his extra limbs and to augment his attacks with basic raw magical energy. This energy is replenished naturally over time as his body makes and absorbs it naturally from his surroundings. He cannot absorb spells or purposefully force himself to draw in more, its a natural slow process that requires at least a days rest or more if he's utterly exhausted. Arcane Augmentation empowers his attacks with magical energy, allowing it to bypass resistances to damage, hurt non-corporal creatures and bypass less forms of protection. (For every 4 minutes he has his arms active he uses 1 use of Arcane Blood)

Endurance- Karaco has exceptional physical endurance, capable of taking quite a bit more punishment then most people before going down, however due to his equipment he is much slower then most and this often plagues him against faster opponents.

Equipment/Weapons:
X'ara Limbs- His body has been augmented with a strange type of alchemical metal substance that can conduct arcane energy like copper might electricity, his arms and legs are permanently gauntleted in the substance and he has four extra limbs protruding from his back- the two lower set are massive clawed limbs that can do almost anything a normal set of hands can- the upper set are smaller, more spread- inward facing 'wings' although they cannot be used for flight they do make semi-effective shields or close range weapons. The extra limbs are non-functional if not infused with arcane energy, the grieves and gauntlets however can be used normally. The metallic substance is only as hard as Copper currently although it can slowly self repair over extended time as if it where alive.

X'ara Coat- An armored coat made of the same material as his arms, it has no special functions except that it helps regulate his arcane energy output- preventing him from unleashing it to quickly and burning out in a short period of time. It provides basic protection similar to chain mail. Hardness is about equivalent to Copper.

(Because this equipment is more or less attached to his body, it cannot be removed by him, they cannot wield weapons- nor can he wear armor over top of any of them.)

Interesting character you have there!

What I might do is count your abilities as three, activating the extra limbs, using raw energy attacks, and endurance.

Are you able to split out the raw energy part of Arcane Augmentation and elaborate a bit on how often, and how much damage it does?

At this level the augmentation functions more as a power source for the arm. Allowing them to move based on his will. They don't really do any extra damage- although would be able to harm things without a corporal form. Once he levels up, they'll probibly do more damage or gain additional effects. Right now it's more a power source for the arms then a damage booster for them. If you still want however I can split it and add that in however. I was more wanting to focus early on with the multipul-limbed fighter then throwing around magic.

Apologies for the delay.

It might be worth splitting out magic component and it's effects. You've got an ability slot free and it would make it clearer.

Alright, at the moment every way I look at this it sitting above the level 1 power level. The main issues are the length of time that you can use your extra limbs for, and the fact they are iron. Four extra iron limbs would allow you to be nearly unstoppable in close combat, blocking, throwing extra attacks, etc.

Are you able to reduce the length of time you can summon the extra limbs down to 5 minutes, with uses of Arcane Blood down to 4? A post in a battle is at most 1 minute, sometimes less but rarely more. The next part is to reduce the strength of the limbs down to copper. They won't be able to block much at the moment, but as you level up you can upgrade this.

Lastly, Arcane Blood doesn't need to be edited, but you will be limited to about 2x normal strength/speed at your first level.
