So I was just wondering what does everyone do for a living? What job do you have? Not old enough to have a job? (Like me) if so what do you want to do? Do you like your job?
Me - I want to be a pediatrician some day! Love kids and human anatomy interests me very much. Love learning about different diseases and medicines.

I'm a radio personality, live on one station and pre-recorded on two others. Someday I would like to get into commercial voiceover/production work for agencies and such.
I'm a temporary worker, I jump from job to job... until I can find a permanent one. I've mainly worked in food factories so far. I just want a permanent job.

Currently, I stock dairy items in a grocery store.
Eventually, I want to teach. I am a martial artist in my free time, and also hope to one day write a series of fantasy novels.
I do a bunch of different things with writing/drawing: comics, animation, illustration, graphic design, etc.
I'm also a digital humanities fellow at a university, I like to think it's something like this (http://blogs.ucl.ac.uk/definingdh/files/2013/11/lizard.jpg) or this (http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-pmqBN_eQMP8/T4NAOwR9jZI/AAAAAAAABI8/t-0guWYS3t4/s1600/You%20shall%20not%20pass.jpg) (it's not).

Currently a student on a PGCE course in Post-Compulsory Education.
Technically I'm a trainee Prison Instructor, but I don't have much hope in getting a job offer at the end of the course due to the simple fact there's no role available (fantastic opportunity though, this placement!)
So I guess I'm a teacher, in short!

I work night crew at a grocery store. Stocking and ordering in different sections. I'm the second or third guy in charge of mostly everything, so I'm all over the place as the schedules of others dictate. I don't really dislike it. I work with a good group of people and I get great satisfaction from a job well done (even though customers annihilate it in a few hours). The money's decent.
I've always had a dream of getting into game design, but my first attempt fell through due to low demand for the classes, then some medical issues, and then the classic money issue. I haven't gotten around to trying again.

I'm also a barista for now, though I'm working towards a degree in social work. I'd really like to work with people suffering from eating disorders, either directly or through macro-level advocacy work with an organization like the National Eating Disorders Association.

I used to be a barista too, those were some fantastic days *stares off into the distance with a dreamy look in his eyes*.
Now I work in an office....

hehe, its not quite that bad. I do recruitment, lots of KPI and numbers things, bit of payroll and a bit of system improvement work. Its not the same everyday which is good, but I'd like to get more into training and L&D with KPIs and systems on the side.

Well I am that grand thing that is an English Literature student. Going to specialise in Creative Writing (funnily enough) with hope, and then maybe teach English for a couple of years whilst trying to make a break with my first novel published WOO HOO
I sell parts and equipment to local city municipalities, chemical plants, power plants, Intel, Honeywell, and food manufacturers (Pepsi, Frito Lay, and Coors being a few). Though it is exciting to get to tour the plants and go on site, the majority of my job has me crunching numbers, ripping my hair out, mouthing obscenities while talking with customers, and helping the senior team members with new technology (such as printing in landscape and yes, I am serious about that one).
I would much rather be in the design industry working for any entertainment company, but I struggle with impulse buying and poor money management. Therefore, I have an inability to afford tuition to get the appropriate design degrees. Don't blame me, blame the companies I want to work for continuously releasing amazing games and products. T^T

I am a lawyer for the U.S. government, woo!
I currently work at Taco Bell ( :/ ) while I go to school to learn Welding. I plan on being a factory weldor until I have stable enough finances to learn blacksmithing and open my own shop to create custom made-to-order goods!
Edit: On another note, I do not plan on going to college anytime soon. I absolutely hate schooling in general, and my general distaste combined with the thought of paying off student loans for years has made the thought of college sound absolutely ridiculous to me. I wish more young people(like me) would consider learning a trade.

I work for Enbridge as your typical office gopher. Run from building to building to hand out mail, print out enough crap in a month to wipe out a huge tract of rainforest, smile and play nice to anyone that walks in then bitch about what they want after the door shuts. Fun times.
... oddly enough I really, really like excel.

For me, I'm currently just a college student studying computer science. If all goes right, I'll graduate this semester and be able to go into the field (I have a job offer that I accepted, hopefully it works out).

I LIVE in excel. I made timesheet for staff that works out what we need to pay them so we didn't have to manually calculate their penalties/overtime/etc it each time. Excel code FTW.
