Mordelain

I have been writing Mordelain's story arc for close to three years. It has taken me from the lowest common denominator of my writing to the very peak. I am not going to lie, my writing of late has been sketchy and erratic. It either falls catastrophically short, overlooks crucial detail, or knocks people for six. In essence, not exactly reliable. To cut a long story short, I'm looking for ongoing workshop support for the finale, linked below.
Witchblade has been approached to write the key part of the opposition to the il'Jhain's gambit, but that is not to say the thread's entirely closed. If you see something you like, and a reason to join, approach either of us via PM. You can post here, too, by all means.

At the conclusion of Like the Wind...Mordelain and Suresh are deep beneath Kya's Keep. They occupy an abandoned hall, once a testing ground for the ancient relics left in Fallien after the Vhadya - the near destruction of the island seven centuries ago. This disaster caused the desert lifestyle, and only the relics hold the ky to restoring the barren island to its former glory.
Given a mysterious boon by an uncertain ally, they begin to work upwards through the keep and do battle with someone who has, by miracle sour, come to hear of their efforts. At the minute, I'm thinking Iriah's memories are given life through the Orrerry, and so Mordelain is faced with her many lives and times; each one attempting to fight off her advances against the High Priestess. (Unless of course we can brainstorm another method).
Atop the tower, Jya is edging back to the edge of the Keep, and Mordelain summons a sandstorm over Irrakam with the Tower of Ghubar. As Jya falls to her death, she activates the Hydroclast network. This causes sun rays and sudden exegsis of the impending calamity and the onlooking crowd perceive Jya's fall to be their salvation - her death is a metaphor for the end of xenophobic theocracy on the island...a move to rebuild the towers and restore rain and plant life to Fallien.
At least...that's the plan.
