Clash of the Gods: Tolkien's Monsters

I just watched an interesting show on the History Channel. Clash of the Gods is a series that talks about many of the ancient myths. However, they also had one episode that was entirely about the inspiration behind The Lord of the Rings.



What I want to know is your personal thoughts about this episode is.
