Hello there, and welcome!

I like the character sheet! It's rather thorough.

However, your character is quite overpowered for a level 1. We use a progression system similar to RPG games, where you gain power as you level higher. Here, you gain levels by writing! I'm afraid for now, I'm going to have to ask you to tune it down quite a bit. I'd suggest you lock the transformation aspect of your dragon heritage for now, as transforming into a 30-foot dragon capable of breathing 1500-degree flames 35 feet away with a 10 foot width is a bit much. The immortality is fine as is worded, and needs no tuning. The heat resistance is also a bit much, as you're using celsius and that means you're actually extremely resistant. I'll have to ask you to lower the resistance to being able to withstand around 250-degrees celsius for level 1.
