A steel fighting fan expert, he travels with his sister, Rosie. They left their village to find adventure, or at least that's what Rosie had told their parents. In truth he had been asked to come along with her so she could further her intellect. Being the older brother that he is, he left with her. He couldn't very well let her go on her own.
He is very over protective with his sister. He grew up protecting Rosie.
Weapon: pair of iron fighting fans, known as Ssangyong, with steel garote wire attached. Can be used up close or at a distance. There is a button that can be pressed, removing the lock on both fans that keeps the wire from being let out when not needed. Attached to the wrists.
Clothing: traveling cloak

Allows Elias to see four seconds into the future to predict his opponents moves and react accordingly. Can only be used once per thread. Causes serious pain in his orbitals, using it too often results in blindness.
Increased Strength: Can lift large objects, between 250-270 pounds.
Accelerated Speed: Can move around at speeds of up to 20 miles per hour with ease, and up to 30 miles per hour with less ease.
