The Hourglass Of Conformance is the strangest tool ever created. Blood Farmers either carry with them, a large Crucifix, or, in this particular case, a very large Hourglass that contains Non-linear Sand. (Asssumed to be anti-time, but it has not been proven as of yet.)
Lady Vermillion, and Elder of the DAICHONS, took it upon herself to create, design and build a few of these weapons. Exactly what the Hourglass can do is now known, but it does seem to have some magical properties.

Some Blood Farmers have an odd ability to actually VOMIT up a rift from the inside of their bodies. Gothra has been well-known at performing this extremely grotesque feat. It is a rift that can take him back to Cocytus or back to the Outskirts of the Geostratum, allowing for him to heal from injuries.
