Ashla

Since my crappy writing probably could never get me this as a spoil even though I do plan a group of IC threads for this...
I would like to enhance Ashla's Damascus broadsword with the hidden spiked pole in its hilt with a three-stage enhancement, please? I bet this is gonna be pricey, but I would still like an exact price on it.
- Stage One: The blade has a symbol on it which glows, signifying that the first stage is up. By twirling the weapon counterclockwise two times, it is activated. The weapon has a ray of "life" around it which allows the weapon a small bit of fire damage. If the blade comes within two inches of a person's skin, they would receive a mild first degree burn even if the blade itself doesn't hit them. If the blade does hit, the first degree burn is a slight bit more serious. The blade can keep this stage open for about five minutes before the power "exhausts" and disintegrates.
- Stage Two: The blade has a visible ray of light around it that looks like fire. The weapon but be twirled counterclockwise three times for it to activate. The blade's powers are similar to the first except more serious. Anyone up to five inches of the blade will receive a second degree burn. If the blade makes a hit they will receive an extreme second degree burn just below the requirements for a third degree burn. This stage can last up to two minutes, one if the first stage was active for more than thirty seconds.
- Stage Three (the one that'll make this weapon expensive like heck): The blade must be twirled counterclockwise five times for this stage to activate. When it is activated, the entire blade in engulfed with a ray of dark blue fire. Unlike the other two stages, the abilities of this stage, the technique does not resolve around fire and burns. Instead, the ray of blue light is that of extreme strength and destruction. In stage three, two things can be done:
1.) It can block a powerful magic attack such as a conjured fireball or a beam of plasma. All of these magical attacks must be created by someone of the level five and under for it to be blockable, anything of a higher level could damage or even destroy the entire weapon itself. After the magic is blocked, the blade's power immediately disintegrates and all three stages cannot be activated for the rest of the thread it was used in.
2.) It can conjure enough power to slice woods of the tiers oak, yew, and anything under it. It can do the same to iron and any metal tiers under it. When the blade hits a person, it can break bones and send a person flying several feet back. After this stage is used once, the blade's power immediately disintegrates and all three stages cannot be activated for the rest of the thread it was used in.
~ This blade's power cannot hurt the user: Ashla Icebreaker.
~ If the sword is ever broken in any happening that takes place (the Citadel does not count) the power of this weapon is lost permanently (or until the blade is fixed and it can be re-enhanced again in a re-perchance from the bazaar or ICly in a thread as a spoil.)
~ If stage one's time is spent, the other two stages cannot be activated. Same with stage two, as if the energy is used up stage three cannot be activated. This goes per thread.
~ Stages one must be at least activated for a second before going to stage two. Stages one and two must have been activated for at least a second before entering stage three is possible.
