I have not been around for a while, firstly because of a massive family holiday last week, then my grandmother being ill (silly old lovely biddy) and then ...

Well, I have been introduced to League of Legends and haven't left my computer for a few days. I am now level 9 (YEAH) after about a week of playing.

So I would like to know ...

Who plays, and please add me. My name is easy to remember. Its Philomel.

Just figured out something sad. =(

Cross-server play isn't allowed. You're on the Europe West server (League stalker skillz* here). Many of us are on the North America one. It's possible to make an account on a foreign server, allowing you to play with peeps there, but it comes with potential lag.

If you make an alt account on NA, it'll be totally separate from your EuW account. Runes, champs, points, etc won't be shared with your EuW account. You'll be level 1.

The store's down at the moment, but I believe there's an option to switch an existing account from one region to another. You'd bring all your stuff, but would only be able to play with NA people. It also costs real money (though you get one free transfer at level 30, I think).

I tested it on mine. Definitely unable to use my NA account on the EuW server. (It applied EuW patches during the attempt, though. I like to imagine that all the voice work was made adorably British, Scottish, or Irish.)

Update: I made an account on EuW (After derping it up a bit at first. Bonus referral points to you, whatever those are.) I didn't notice any lag. The account was, of course, empty and level 1. I'll gladly play with you on it, but it won't be as pimped out as my main.

Also, no adorable European voices. =(
