History:
James Bones and his two man crew (First Mate Jordon and Cabin Boy Joe) come from an island that had seen better days. Its houses were old and fallen apart; the streets have become almost unnavigable. Yes the little island had become a deathtrap to those who live there, but hey it was home. The only food there was seafood; Fish, mollusks, crustaceans, and seaweed was all you could ever get for dinner there. They lived to far from the main lands to get anything else so they made do with what the sea gave them. Only a few weeks ago did James, Gorgon, and Joe set out to become what many in the little island dreamed of, pirates. Their little rowboat may not be grand but they make do until they can afford anything bigger and get a bigger crew. Until then, they work together to survive in the violent seas, hoping to one day be able to have a Ship (Full-Rigged Ship)
Appearance:
Due to his journey just beginning, all Captain Ancient wears are a basic tunic and basic pants as well as an old black captain’s hat he found in his home. His black hair hangs out the back and he has golden brown skin due to his home being near the equator. His eyes are a bright green that shows his fun loving personality.
Skills:
Astrology – James Bones has learned how to read the stars. With this knowledge he will never get lost, unless of course it is overcast.
Archeology – A talent gained through his ability, James is known to excavate and identify fossils. He is especially gifted with identifying marine fossils. He only has one fossil that he has kept as his own all others were sold to the museum in the center of the island.
Marine Biology – James has studied the marine life in his area, especially the humanoids he calls coraldepidocas (coralians). He uses this knowledge to know what species is safe to eat and what species isn’t.
Abilities:
Fossil Summons – Captain Ancient uses the fossils he finds with his magic to bring prehistoric creatures back to life. This means that any fossil he collects he can use to bring back the creature. He doesn't even need the full skeleton, just one piece of the creature will do. He can currently only summon one creature at a time. Also, when an ancient creature is summoned, Captain Ancient is surrounded by a bubble that weakens him as his summon gets hurt. If the summon is defeated, it is returned to the fossilized state and sent into the hands of Captain Ancient who collapses from fatigue. It takes a full 24 hours after being defeated before Captain Ancient can summon another creature. However, if he just returns the creature it only take a full hour to be able to summon again.
Shastasaurus – A 69’ long, 6 ½’ around, grey, dolphin like creature with razor sharp teeth. This creature sucks in fish and doesn’t usually attack ships. Of course, with its long strong body it can still do some damage if Captain Ancient was to request it.
Guardians: He has the ability to set up a guardian for an area using a fossil that he has found. This one however, requires a full skeleton so it is tough to get these creatures. He hopes to find an island and use this ability to guard his treasure.

He owns a little row boat that lets him traverse the seas with great difficulty.

Personality: He isn't all that smart but he is loyal and will keep Captain Ancient’s crew in line.
Appearance:
He is a gigantic man who has muscle on his muscle on his muscle. He walks around without a shirt on showing off his extremely toned dark brown body. He doesn’t even where actual pants. He chooses to wear a loincloth instead. When asked he say “Shirts and pants get in the way. I need room to be able to move.” His loincloth is made of seal leather.
Skills:
Hand Fishing – He has caught almost every kind of sea creature around their home island, WITH HIS BARE HANDS!
Abilities:
Super strength – He has wrestled with sharks, whales and even octopi and has dragged each and every one of them onto land and three blocks away to his little hut on the edge of town. He and his brothers are the main reasons the town hadn’t starved to death.
Cabin Boy Joe

Weight: 128 lbs.
Occupation: Pirate
Personality: Kind, Fun-loving, Hormonal Kid. He practically set out on this adventure just for the girls.
Appearance:
Unlike musclebound Jordan, Joe is a petite man who doesn’t have much to show, especially since he wears a white cloak at all times, really that’s all you can see, that and his tanned mouth that is shown from the shadows of his hood. When asked he say “It makes me look mysterious and women are attracted to mysterious men.” James just rolls his eyes whenever he hears it.
Skills: None yet, but he hopes to learn how to wield a sword and shoot a gun some day
