How much would it cost, including my materials, to obtain ten (10) 20ml Glass Vials and a fold able container to protect them?

I would assume these vials would be the same rate as projectiles?

Soft, yet structurally sound enough to protect the vials against impact. Also, with same material sidewalls to prevent accidental slippage from the pouch.
