The following is a Person of Villanry; non-Rouge Terrorist case file of Anima Black.

Notes:
Anima Black is a well presented and well spoken man. He nearly always wears formal wear, be it a suit or the relevant cultural attire. He has a tall, muscular frame and neat brown hair parted to the right.
Personality
In his limited interaction with reliable witness, Mr Black has been described as calm and collected. He is evidently well read and educated and maintains a certain distance between himself and anything around him. Witnesses have described him not as aloof, but somewhat distant.
History
Mr Black has only emerged recently into society. Prior to this information is sketchy, but he seems to have been living in relative obscurity. As of yet, his aim and motives are unknown.

Abilities
One Step Ahead ~ Anima keeps extensive notes on anyone of interest on Althanas. As such he is aware of their abilities and character traits. While this doesn’t give him the ability to block attacks, he can often tell what ability is being used and can react quicker than normal.
Pre-prepared ~ Anima never enters a fight or a situation without preparing for it. He takes this a step further and prepares the area. Three times a day, Anima can draw on his planning and pull items that were hidden to aid him. These are limited to everyday items, a flask of water, a particularly hard rock, at the extreme end perhaps an umbrella or a bottle of alcohol.
Mental Fortitude ~ To achieve his goals Anima will go through great suffering without blinking an eye. This means he can push himself longer and withstand more than a normal person. (2x Endurance)

Books ~ Anima has a large amount of books covering nearly every topic imaginable. On occasion he may have a related book with him (see the ability Pre-prepared).
Iron Cane Sword ~ Covered in black lacquer, this cane has a fine silver curved wolf at handle. When the need dictates the sword can be pulled from the sheath and is the same size as a normal sword, but with a thinner double edged blade ending in a sharp point.
