She always wears a full body length trench coat that covers her completely. Arcane Reading: Masterful, Evelyne is masterful in the reading of the arcane arts. She can quickly decipher and cast a spell that has been bound to a scroll or Tome.
Trouble Maker: Evelyne has spent so much time causing trouble that she now knows the easiest way to cause a panic with the least amount of effort.
Abilities:Evelyne has zero magical ability on her own and as such can not cast any spells or use any abilities without either possessing her Magical Tome of the Fever-Flare or a single use scroll.
Tome of the Fever-flare: This tome contains and inexhaustible amount of pages, each page is a spell. The basic spells such as magic missile, fireball, Ice spear, and flame hands all take one sentence of incantation to bring forth into the world, burning the page as it does so. The Tome also carries one medium spell that takes several hours to regenerate back. The small spells include a fist sized Fireball that can only burn skin and feels like a punch. Ice spear that lasts just long enough for one use. Flame hands cause the reader to shoot a jet of flames out of their hands for a few feet and lasts for 3 seconds, Moderate flame damage would be taken. The medium spell is called Fires Heart, it takes a whole Paragraph of Incantation and upon successful reciting it causes a ring of fire to form around the caster that continues to spiral outwards for 20 feet in each direction. Flames are waist height.
Scrolls of Magic Missile(5): reading the spell off of this scroll, causes the scroll to deteriorate with Arcane energy and then swirl around the readers hand. The first person the reader points at is targeted by the Magic Missile.

History: Evelyne doesn't remember much about her past, she knows she was an only child and was constantly picked on for having no magical affinity where as everyone around her did. One day while being teased one of the kids accidentally let loose a Magic Missile which struck her in the head. It struck her with a case of amnesia. All she knows is that laughing and having fun is all she wants to do.
In her time as a wanderer trying to find the joy of happiness she has found that other peoples misery brings her joy. She will go out of her way to just cause strife and calamity wherever she goes. This only brings her a modicum of joy as it quickly vanishes. When the joy is gone, so is she. She moves on the next town and causes more catastrophes for fun. Rarely does a town or village come out unscathed when she has walked through it.
