Magnymbus

Quick note: I know that amnesia is kind of an over-used cliche, but It's the only way to do what I wanna do, so with that said, and without further ado, I present my character to you.
Name: Magnymbus Alfred Relyx Erriette
Nickname/Alias: Outlander (By the Fallien locals)
Age: Unknown (He appears to be a young adult)
Race: Also unknown, and a secret ;) (This is my excuse for not knowing what he could possibly be. For all I know, he's an astral being *shrugs*)
Height: Various, stabilizes around 6' (about 1.8 meters)
Weight: ~120-159
Occupation: Unknown, though he clearly has combat training.
Personality: Curious, logical, creative, tolerant, self-depreciative, slightly neurotic and somewhat brooding... oh, and self-analyzing, Off the top of his head.
Appearance: He has a pale complexion, a pleasingly structured face with high, prominent cheek bones, slightly gaunt cheeks and a wide jawline. He has a slender faced nose with a slight beak-like quality, a slight ridge bump, a slightly sunken bridge and wide nostrils. His mouth is well defined and sits above a wide, slightly protruding shin, usually falling into puckered frown when he is concentrating. His eyes hide slightly sunken behind a strong brow with wild hairs. His shoulders are distinctly broad and defined (Which is terrible for sleep, since he prefers to lay on his side for some reason.). He has long, slender fingers, like a pianist, and short, wide feet.
Skills: speech, writing, light linguistics, logic, and oddly, swordplay (If any of these are considered abilities, my apologies, I'm used to RPGs)
Abilities: If the mods are okay with it, I'd like to discuss the possibility of coming up with some possible abilities he might have and deciding which three he actually has at a later date, as Magnymbus is designed to be an amnesiac.
Equipment/Weapons: He has a distinct lack of needed equipment, save for the clothes on his back and an elegant, yet functional longsword with a "v" shaped guard and a swiss-style hilt (The kind Glamdring has in the Lord of the Rings films) Magnymbus has not yet been able to draw the blade from the scabbard, so he assumes that it's magically sealed somehow... which is confusing to him, after all, why would he have such a sword in his possession?
History: His past seemed to have abandoned him, as he awoke in the heat of midday in the middle of the Fallien desert with no recollection of anything whatsoever that had come before. Those few moments, at the beginning of his memories, were cemented in his mind, more solid than if it were carved in stone.
Odd, though it already was, he showed no signs of sun exposure, in fact, he felt... cold... Though that didn't last long. He had been so far from civilization that all he saw as far as the eye could see were endless dunes of sand that ended in an orange, waving haze. He took a deep breath, filling his lungs with warm, dry air that seemed to sap his energy, and with the exhale, he found that it burned his nostrils. He sneezed into his hand, and immediately regretted it. Gritty, green mucus hung from it as he fought of the urge to gag. He cursed and looked around... If only there was something to clean this stuff off with, other than his clothes of course. After weighing his options, he flung his hand around in the air until the nasal ejection had sufficiently dispersed, then he rubbed his hands together until the remnants balled up nicely to be subsequently brushed off in a disgusted hurry. Such a silly, hopeless moment... But he supposed that it was important to some degree in understanding himself.
Note from the author:
This guy is ambiguous in certain areas because certain things change quickly and often without warning. Never anything too drastic, mostly cosmetic stuff, like his eye color and a few inches of height. You'd think these things to be based on emotion or something like that, but there are too few consistencies to make a truly informed opinion. Consider him a cartoon character if you must, but that was not my intention.
Also, if there's anything I messed up on or missed, I'll be happy to change it. Please keep in mind that while this is my first time doing this particular thing, this isn't my first time doing role-play and/or related activities, so I'll probably have inconsistent knowledge and experience... kinda like my character. XD
