Retiring this character

If this isn't the place to post about this, I apologize. It doesn't say where to retire characters in the FAQ though.

I'm retiring this account. Julius will be an NPC. I would like to transfer 50% of his EXP to my account BlueGhostofSeaside, please?

50% exp only applies to new characters :/

However, you could auction off the right to kill him >.> .... but then I guess he'd be dead.

Last time I gave retired character exp away, the account I gave it to wasn't new and people were okay with it :/

EDIT: Wait, that account was new at the time. Give the exp to my account Hard Rock (Amasa) then?
