Once experience is added for the Light that Blinds, Tobias will be level 5.

Tobias Ebericht Stalt. Born the son of a Merchant, the enigmatic youth has lived many lives on Althanas. Thief, soldier, mercenary, fugitive, lover, murderer, and so much more. His inaugural moments in Salvar put him on the path toward adventures worthy of legend. Far from heroic, the man has sold himself into a darkness that will take him a lifetime to crawl out of.

At the behest of Madison Freebird, acting leader of the Order of the Crimson Hand, Tobias infiltrated the Church of the Ethereal Sway. To what end, he is currently uncertain; through force of will and tragedies he is loathe to speak of, Stalt has been reforged into a weapon unlike his benefactor could have anticipated. The Sway indoctrinated Tobias as a Witch Hunted of the Order of the All-Seeing Eye.

Countless horrors wracked his flesh and seared his soul, until the once mouthy vagabond had few words for anyone. The hell he has seen left Tobias introspective and angry, and he is filled with deep seated hatred. The malcontent he once harbored towarx Magic and those who use it has evolved into mistrust and rage.

Horrified not only by the Church, but his own actions, the Mage Killer has lost much of himself, but seeks to put the pieces back together. Many of his former relationships remain largely intact, though he will need to face his friends, and pray that they can save him.

Personality: calm, cold, stoic; Tobias has a slow burning rage within him that kindles beneaty the surface. His quick mind is his weapon as much as any blade or gun. His penchant for foul language has become an afterthought to introspection and a hope for happier times.

Skills:

Saint of the Sword- Tobias has trained not only to protect those around him, but destroy enemies. Short of Legendary swordsmen, Tobias has no equal with a blade.

Close Quarters Ballistics: Upon receipt of a strange firearm in the Citadel, Tobias took quickly to utilizing the weapon to help even the odds against rouge wizards and spellcasters. He is competent in using it at close range, and fairly accurate at medium range.

Alchemy- The Sway has taught him many potions and poisons to help him combat the vile enemy. He is skilled at finding and identifying the ingredients to make his concotions, and equally skilled at mixing them.

Tools of the Trade:

Blackheart: Dehlar Shortsword.

Abilities:

Dauntless: Tobias has transcended pain. Through flame and whip, knife and nail, his body has been punished beyond breaking. Each time, the broken man stood once more. Tobias can continue to fight even with normally crippling wounds. Broken bones will slow him, but not stop. Short of cutting off a limb he will continue to fight.

Unmake: The Sway taught Tobias the secrets of their dark order; armed with a strange, cursed artifact fashioned in the image of the All-Seeing Eye, Tobias can envoke the Curse thrice per day/thread, whichever comes first. This powerful anti-magic consumes and literally rips apart magic, scattering a cast spell to the winds.

Lightning Reflexes: Tobias can move at breakneck speeds on a whim; though his running speed is nothing special, his reaction time is incredible. He can move out of the way of a horse at full gallop, or react to a gun being drawn within fifteen feet. At close range, his hands can move as fast as a veteran martial artist. He can stab with a blade six times in the time it takes most men to do so once.

Hatemark: Once Tobias verbally marks a target, he can "feel" them with a sixth sense. This perception supercedes stealth and mystical wards. He can cancel the mark at any time with a thought. In combat with a marked target, Tobias moves with brutal efficiency. He gains strength equal to that used against him.

Break: Tobias' affinity for suffering and tragedy has manifested as subtle command over the thread of fate. (This ability cannot be used in combat without the opponent's express permission.) Civilizations rise and fall overnight. Friendships break through hardships and distrust, and the saddest moments in a life are the ones that shape it most profoundly. Because of his experiences, Tobias has come to a higher level of empathy for struggle and loss. By applying his willpower, he can manipulate events to fall apart. This is an unexplained phenomenon that transcends magical influences.

Empathy: Tobias knows pain all too well. He is able to understand and relate to most plights; with a concentrated effort, Tobias can dull the suffering of a target by taking that pain into himself. By doing this, the memory in question is removed from the target and embedded into Tobias. (Use of this ability in combat is restricted to the permission of the opponent.)

Haunting Echoes: With direct contact, Tobias can temporarily bridge the gap between his own consciousness and another's. This bridge floods the target with whatever memory Tobias consciously recalls, and all the emotions tied to that memory.

Everything is pretty much fine, except for Untapped. At the moment we don't allow general 'immune to magic' abilities unless they are really weak. You can be immune to mental attacks (which is one ability), and other elements, but not magic in general.

It's not meant to be immunity; I totally intend for him to be harmed by the physical aspects of magic, just to a duller degree.

For instance, fireball conjured by rando mage number 12 hits Tobias. Instead of third degree burns, it might deal first. Is that acceptable? If not, I can make edits.

I could have phrased myself better, partial immunity, or general 'magic resistance' is not allowed. You can have nulifying magic, where you can stop x number of attacks, but a constant passive resistance to magic isn't allowed.

Having effectively Mythril skin as a permanent is too strong as well I'm afraid.

You've got plenty of free abilities to play around with. I'd suggest two along the lines of:

1st:
Tobias has transcended pain. Through flame and whip, knife and nail, his body has been punished beyond breaking. Each time, the broken man stood once more. Tobias can continue to fight even with normal crippling wounds. Broken bones will slow him, but not stop. Short of cutting off a limb he will struggle on.

2nd:
Tobias's willpower manifests for a shot period, during which he body becomes nearly impervious to attacks and his skin comparable to mythril. The only downside is that this can only be used for a short period (one post) twice a day.

The second one would be as strong as it could get.
