Time to give this girl some balls

I'd like to get a quote for something a little strange.

First, I'd like two solid steel balls that appear deep blue. The first should be roughly the size of a bowling ball, the second the size of a basketball.

Second, I'd like a bracelet that gives the wearer the power to control the balls with their mind. The balls will float in circles around the wearer at all times unless instructed otherwise, but can be thrown and retrieved with only a flick of the wearer's wrist. The bracelet can be made from whatever material is cheapest.

I can quote you the balls, but if you control anything with your mind, it'll have to be an ability and approved by the ROG.

The work around would be to create two bracelets and the movement of your hands with the bracelets controls the balls over a certain range. That way it is technically the bracelet, not your mind, which directly controls the movement of the balls. If you would like this, I'd be happy to provide a quote.

Also, an official bowling ball circumference is 26.704 inches and an official basketball circumference is 29.5 inches. The difference between the two balls would not be enough to alter the price under our system. To do so, you'd need one roughly the size of a bowling/basketball and one the size of a softball/10 lb medicine ball.
