My apologies for the complexity, but I've done my best to keep it organized.

Name: Crispen Richards
Age: 18
Race: Human
Ethnicity: Akashiman
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 165 lb.
Hair: Black
Eye: Dark

History: Crispen Richards was not always called that. His birth name is a secret hidden away in an angry heart. He was born to a small village in Akashima. One of few children, many eyes were upon him as he grew up, and many eyes noticed soon that the boy didn’t act quite like the others. Withdrawn often and more apt to play alone, he demonstrated characteristics that they had seen before – in boys and girls who had grown up to kill their neighbors, animals or themselves. His parents, wealthy merchants who liked their lives simple and free of hardship, sent him away to Alerar. There he entered the Orville Norton Institute for badly behaved boys. When his family turned him out, he gave up his name and his heritage and became his own person, or rather, people.

From his first days at ONI, Crispen Richards faced intense prejudice and racism from his schoolmates, not only for being human in a land ruled by the dark elves, but further for being Akashiman, a part of his past he despised himself. This treatment at the hands of his peers bubbled and boiled in his already unstable mind until he grew psychologically unstable enough, and physically powerful enough to strike back.

Three long years that took, and by that time he had begun to feel, in his moments of greater rage, as if the ground would shake at his every step. Knowing the distrust of magic in this technologically inclined country, he kept his newfound power secret. With time, it grew and he learned to make use of it without relying on it, and more importantly without arousing suspicion.

It was a few years into his time at ONI that Crispen first blacked out. He had been eating lunch when pushed by a bully. Falling out of his chair, hitting his head on the table as he went, he remembered nothing when he woke eighteen hours later. His knuckles were bruised, his head throbbing. Confused and upset he went to find the kid who had started the fight, but was quickly distracted. As he went, he saw his face in the reflection of a mirror. A goose egg was standing starkly out against his forehead, one eye bruised and his lip cut. He scowled at his reflection, getting angrier and angrier, until the wooden frame of the mirror burst into flame, the glass warping in the haze.

From that day onward, he worried and lurked in the library, needing to know more. In the cover of secrecy, for magic was ill tolerated within the walls of ONI, he began to hone his sway over fire and earth. As the years progressed, his blackouts lessened and his recollection of those events improved. By the age of fifteen, he had completely regained his memnonic faculties, and begun to fully realize his splintered personalities.

At the age of seventeen, Crispen has now graduated the Orville Norton Institute with several letters of recommendation, and received his first contract. But before that, he must return home, to the small town in Akashima that cast him away.

Since his graduation, Crispen took his first contract to work alongside a demon named Avery Nito in the Lornius Corporate Challenge. His unique skills led the pair to a series of minor victories on the island, including one fight against a pair of Salvarans, human and orc. The experience has caused his fractured mind to splinter off a new, darker personality -- Valerius. The monstrous cannibal has only rarely risen this far, but promises trouble to come.

Skills

Split Personalities

Cris
A strong, brutal, and straight-forward personality with an affinity for earth magic. Cris is highly skilled with blunt weapons, such as hammers and maces.

Penn
An agile, sharp-tongued personality with affinities for fire and mental magic. Penn is highly skilled with small bladed weapons, such as knives and daggers.

Valerius
A stealthy, silent personality with an affinity for ice magic, and an unending hunger for heat and mortal flesh. Val is highly skilled in unarmed combat, grappling, and claw-like or fist weapons.

Weaknesses

Multiple Personality Disorder
Crispen suffers from a splintering of personalities, and only has access to the skills and abilities of one personality at a time. These personalities cannot be switched at will by Crispen, nor can they be switched with ease. In order for the personalities to shift, there must be either extreme physical or emotional duress, a blow to the head, or a period of sleep of at least four hours. Crisper cannot change psyches in any thread designated as a "battle."

Schizoid Personality Disorder
Crispen suffers, as well, from what could be termed as a Schizoid personality, affecting all known personalities. This is characterized by aloofness and indifference toward others, and an avoidance of emotional intimacy and self-disclosure with others. To keep this distance, he maintains certain fantasies of himself and the world around him that, while not normally clouding his perception of what is and is not real, makes him more susceptible to psychic coercion and tampering.

Equipment:

Weapons

Steel Mace
This is a well-made fluted steel mace.

Steel Dagger
This is a well-made steel dagger.

Armor

School Uniform
Crispen still wears the school uniform (http://www.aya-koya.com/images/l/201103/S0020083-1.jpg) for the Orville Norton Institute, consisting of a pair of black slacks, a white button up shirt, and a high-collared military-style jacket with steel-toed leather boots. While by appearances this is all simple cotton, the inside of the jacket is fortified at vital points with hardened leather and small steel plates, making it function as if it were studded leather.

Psyche: Cris

Personality: Cris Richards is considered by many of his former classmates to be an intolerant, bigoted psychopath. The boy has a deep-seated hatred for Alerarans, Akashimans, Salvarans, Coronians, Raiaerans, Fallienites, Dheaths, elves light and dark, dwarves, faeries, and any other race or nationality imaginable. In his eyes, there are no salvageable individuals in this world, and holds everyone he encounters in contempt for daring to exist. Even above all of this hate, however, he tolerates spellcasters and magic users not at all, a prejudice instilled in him by Aleraran society in general, and the Orville Norton Institute's curriculum in particular.

Skills:

Blunt Training
Cris is highly skilled with blunt weapons such as hammers and maces.

Earth Affinity
Cris is inextricably tied to the element of earth. Stone, sand, and soil responds to his presence and fury. They move at his will, but slowly.

Abilities:

Bury the Witch
In a burst of rage, Cris can cause the earth to seize an individual, holding them in place up to four times per day. Quick targets can avoid the sinking grab, and at current levels it only reaches to a target's ankles. A target grabbed by this spell can break free after two posts, or after one post with great effort.

Shockwave Stomp
Cris can strike the ground hard, causing a wave of force to travel along the ground in a directed 45 degree cone towards a target location. In this area, the ground becomes noticably cracked, and if struck a target must struggle to maintain their balance or be thrown to the earth. This has a maximum range of twenty feet, and can be used up to four times per day.

Strength of the Earth
Cris has triple the strength of the average soldier.

Impale the Witch
Cris can stomp the ground with such force as to drive a spike of stone up at a target within ten feet, up to four times per day.

Endurance of the Earth
Cris has triple the endurance of the average soldier.

Psyche: Penn

Personality: Penn has always been a soft spoken boy, with a penchant for seeing others do his bidding. While he enjoys manipulating those he can, he prefers solitude. Paranoid to a fault, he has a complex that thirsts for power yet detests the idea of being famous. His vices are alcohol and weak men who he can dominate intellectually and sexually.

Skills:

Blade Training
Penn is highly skilled with smaller bladed weapons, such as knives, daggers, and short swords.

Fire Affinity
Penn is inextricably tied to the element of fire. Flames respond to his presence and fury. They move at his will, but must remain in contact with a fuel source and cannot grow beyond what that source will allow. In addition, he maintains control of his body temperature at all times.

Abilities:

Burn the Witch
Penn can conjure a fistful of flame to his palm. He can either fight hand-to-hand with it, or throw it, with up to four fireballs or strikes per day. Upon contact, this flame spreads to flammable materials, and can burn leather, wood, and cloth. He cannot be harmed by his own flame. Penn can also summon flames on a target within twenty feet, capable of igniting cloth and wood.

Cauterizing Blade
Penn can heat any held item, usually a weapon, until it is hot enough to cause moderate burns and cauterize wounds. Injuries caused by a sufficiently heated weapon will not bleed, but also will not heal naturally, and may place the recipient in more danger than a bleeding wound. Such injuries can only be treated through surgery or healing magic. Continuous contact with an item heated this way can cause ignition of flesh, clothing, or armor. Penn can maintain this for a total of five posts in duration per day.

Seduce the Witch
Penn can reach into the mind of an individual and implant an attraction to him. This is not inherently sexual in nature, but rather incites passion in general. As such, someone who would be sexually inclined toward Penn would become actively aroused by him, but someone with a grudge against Penn would become actively violent towards him, among other responses. Strong-willed individuals, while not entirely immune to the implant, can recognize and resist it.

Suggestive Touch
Penn can, with a touch, plant a strong suggestion in the mind of another. He cannot command them to do anything obviously hazardous, such as leaping off of a visible cliff or running themselves through with their own blade, nor can he command them to do something not in their nature. He can, however, command that they perform a small task for him, taking no longer than one or two posts. Strong-willed individuals can resist his suggestion, but are often confused for a moment.

Snake's Tongue
Penn's words ring sweetly in the ears of the unsuspecting, and he can win the heart of many a man with a short exchange. He can extract information willingly from weak-willed individuals and those who have no reason to hold him in suspicion. He can also talk his way past out of many situations with a combination of this ability and his suggestive touch.

Psyche: Valerius

Personality: Valerius Richards has only a short history, having recently emerged from the fractured mind of Crispen Richards, and only rarely grasps surface time from his elder "brothers." Despite this fact, he is possibly the most bloodthirsty, figuratively and literally, of the three. He hungers eternally for flesh, and cares little what the source is, though he savors the flavor and the hunt of sentient mortals. He gets as much satisfaction from the heat of his victims as from their meat, however temporary. When he does fight his way to the top of the heap, he tends to hold on until he has fed, and so he has significant difficulty working with others.

Skills:

Unarmed Training
Val draws on the training he received at the Orville Norton Institute in unarmed combat, grappling, and the use of clawed and fist weapons. He is highly skilled in all of these areas.

Stealth Training
Val recalls better than his "siblings" how to remain unseen and unheard, lending advantage to his hunts. He is highly skilled in this area, and can use his innate magic to enhance this further.

Ice Affinity
Val is inextricably tied to the element of ice. While he is active, Crispen's body supercools and continuously draws heat from his surroundings. This causes a slight misting in his immediate surroundings, visible only to those taking direct notice of it, and can cause standing water in contact with him to freeze, and frost to form on other surfaces he touches.

Abilities:

Fog of War
Val can focus his affinity for the hungering cold, drawing the heat from his extended surroundings, creating a large, cold fog bank, lasting for 30 seconds before he must cast it again. This fog bank extends out to a radius of five meters from him at the time of casting, though each successive use without rest loses a meter of radius. Visibility in this fog is greatly reduced, and sound muffled, but neither is completely obviated. Ordinary sense of smell is deadened by the cold, however.

Hunger for Heat
Val's very touch can draw the heat from his prey, and when focused on living flesh, he can cause it to blacken with frostbite, intense pain spreading locally. With a mere touch, this takes sustained contact for several unbroken seconds. If he is able to bite his prey, up to four times per day, however, the damage is instantaneous, and unless they can break free from his jaws the intense pain will spread rapidly to the entire limb within seconds.

Predator's Agility
Val is three times as agile as the average human.

Hunt for Heat
Val can innately sense the radiating heat of living creatures nearby, as well as other strong sources (e.g. open flame). He can determine their size, distance, and direction.

Hungering Talons
Upon winning his way to the surface, Val's fingernails and toenails grow into two-inch claws, hardened by his cold form to the strength of steel.

Weakness:

Overwhelmed Hunger
While in control of Crispen Richards, Val subjects his body to such extreme colds that not only does he hunger for heat, he can be harmed by too intense of heat. Direct contact with an open flame burns him far worse than a normal human. Too much exposure will incapacitate him, and may cause Val to sink back into the recesses of Crispen's mind until he can fight back atop his "brothers."

Can I get you to clarify if these personalities can be switched during battle please? It'll help me sort the rest out

He cannot change in a battle thread. Profile edited to reflect that more clearly (see multiple personality).

COuld you do me a favor and assign a color to each personality and then make the changes either Bold or Italic so I can sort this out better?

So bury the witch, shock-wave stomp, impale the witch, Burn the Witch, and hunger for heat need use per thread restrictions placed on them. The number of the day is four. the hunger for Heat restriction is on the bite aspect only. The Burn the witch is use is expended for each fireball and each direct hit when his fists are flame coated.

The burn the witch ability also needs further clarification on how hot the fire burns. At this level you can burn through lower tier leathers, woods, and cloth easily. Your instantaneous fires need to be weaker though.

Your Cauterizing blade can only be used for five posts in duration total for a thread.

If you make these changes you should be good.
