A little background: Lissa is Kyla Orlouge's cousin. Soon after Kyla's death, her shadow began to follow Lissa around. While the shadow cannot be seen, it offers certain powers to Lissa's aid.
Name: Lissa Orlouge
Age: 19
Race: Mystic
Appearance: Lissa is pale, though she tans easily in the sun. Her dark brown hair falls just below her shoulders but is typically tied back with a single green ribbon. Her features are harder than most women. Her nose is slightly crooked and her lips bright blue eyes are just a touch too large for her face. She is more muscle than curve and smaller than she would like. She stands just under 5'8 and weighs around 155 lbs.
History: Lissa is the eighth child of Succed Orlouge. Her younger days were spent running about with her siblings completely free of worry for the world around her. Lissa always dreamed of traveling far away and finding her own adventure, but knew her own dreams came second to her family responsibility. She held her tongue and performed her duties, her mind solidly on the 'after'. Succed and his wife, Nicolet, seemed entirely content to raise children until the day they died. Succed often worried that three of his brothers had no interest in carrying on their gene pool in a significant way and the Mystics would suffer in generations to come without a sufficient population. Everyone thought the man quite mad until the day Kyla Orlouge cast the spell. Mystic women found themselves unable to conceive. Many living Mystics found themselves now powerless. For Lissa, the curse was a blessing in disguise. When the decimation of the Mystic race happened, the babies stopped coming. Little by little the average age in the Orlouge household neared self sufficiency. Lissa had always found strength in the arts. She would tell tales of grand adventure and draw pictures of foreign lands even in her pre-teen days. She developed a close relationship with Kyla during a string of visits and knew one day she would join her cousin in the good fight against the evils of the world. With Kyla's death came a new found vigor. Lissa gave no one the chance to argue. She was going to find her place in the world, and that journey had to begin just as Kyla's had. In Ixian Castle, under that tutelage of Sei Orlouge.
Abilities: The art of war- Lissa can use her shadow magic to create any weapon she can envision. She cannot create automatic weapons like guns or explosives. If she creates a throwing weapon it will disappear when it comes into contact with the ground. The weapons she creates are the strength of Prevaldia. Lissa can create up to three weapons at any given time.
Mystic Protection- A birth rite spell for all mystics. If it is cast, any attack will cause a glass shield to surround Lissa and Explode outward. This spell may only be used three times per battle. This glass is now the strength of prevaldia.
Shadow Magic Technique: Shadow Step - Lissa is able to meld into any shadow and step out of the shadows into any place she chooses. Lissa can carry people with her. In battle, this effect can be used 5 times per thread.
Levitation- Lissa can lift items up to twice her size with her mind. She cannot move anything that is in another person’s possession. She cannot move another player without their permission.
Shadow Soul: Lissa holds the souls of all her kills inside Sophia’s Mane. Twice per thread she can harness this power, calling two beings forth to do her bidding. Each familiar then leeches onto her opponents, slowing them to half speed for two posts. Lissa does not receive a boost from this.
Lissa possesses 10 times the strength of a normal Althanian. This allows her to lift 1000 pounds regularly.
Saving Grace- Lissa can summon the shadow of Kyla Orlouge. The shadow immediately heals any wounds that Lissa has sustained or can be directed to do the same for one other character. Kyla's shadow will remain for two posts during which time Lissa will receive half the damage she normally would from attacks. This can be used once per thread.
Lissa possesses 10 times speed of a normal Althanian. This allows her to run around the speed of an antelope (50mph)
Paint me a picture- Lissa can imagine any place and with a single step can teleport there. In her wake will be left an image of her destination. This can be used 3 times per thread.
Paint party- If Lissa uses her paintbrush to create a creature, it will come to life. The creature will have the abilities of a normal human, though the actual creature can be any shape. (nothing larger than a human.) This creature can survive for two posts or until it takes 3 hits.

Sophia's Mane- An opera glove that grants the wearer the ability to lock any who are mortally wounded. The glove can sprout 3 blades that can be shot forward and will always return to the glove.
