History: What happens when a lesser fae falls in love with a Corgi? Reading material rated Aure, that's what. And also Corgyn. These anthropomorphic Corgi have the gifts of the fae realms and originate from Concordian forests. Billy grew up in a family of Corgyn, the fourth generation from the first born of his line. As such, his family had a great tradition and honor. They were protectors of the fae, and comprised of many great knights and sorcerers. When Billy began showing a proficiency for magic at a young age, his mother trained him the best she could so that he could continue the tradition. However, a logging company from Scara Brae began to fell trees in the woods and the fae began to abandon their circles. Many Corgyn followed them, fueled by loyalty to continue serving. Others, like Billy, took the opportunity to travel and see the world, honing their skills before trying to return to service. Billy felt that if he could just be more poweful a sorcerer, he could have prevented the logging from damaging his forest home.
Appearance: Billy wears a tan tunic belted at the waist with a bright green woven shawl. He wears delicate round-lensed glasses to compensate for the slightly off sight in his brown eyes. He is a golden brown and white in fur, with stubby furred fingers ending in long, dull claws. He wears several silver rings, and a silver cuff inscribed in fae runes on his tail.

Air Shield: Billy can conjure a shield of air that can be used two ways. It can form a 3 foot tall, 1 foot wide "tower shield" that Billy can hide behind. This lasts 2 minutes or until it has been struck once by a blow with roughly the same force as an average punch. If cast while his hand is moving, such as during close combat, it can deflect a blow and immediately is dissipated.
Water Magic
Fountain: Billy can conjure up to 2 cups worth of water from his hands.
Ice Orb: Billy can conjure a ball of ice 4 inches in diameter, three times daily.
Chill: Billy can touch water and create ice as long as the water is not deeper than 2 inches. The ice will grow in a 3 foot radius from the touch. Failure: If the water is too deep or the surroundings/water are very hot, a thin layer of frost will form around Billy's hands and last for 45 seconds.
