Personality: Generally he seems bored with everything, as though nothing fazes him. He zones out from time to time, either when he’s staring at the scenery, smoking a cigarette, or more often than not, both. The only time he shows interest in something is in a fight where he has to go all out, which he then get’s very excited and acts very playful, or if he finds someone linked with his family’s murderer, which he becomes serious, more so than usual anyway.
History: In kiyo’s homeland, it was not uncommon for people to be born with natural element affinities. When a child of affinity is born, a small natural disaster happens in the room, or some of the most powerful an entire village. When Kiyo was born, a thunderstorm with the strength of a hurricane appeared throughout his entire country. As a child he only made things like that happen on accident, when he became aware of that it was himself causing those things, he couldn’t make it happen any longer. An old Affinity Swordsman, Shiro Naa, took him in as his pupil when Kiyo turned 8. Shiro trained him in the ways of the sword until Shiro died of a heart attack when Kiyo was 17, luckily most of Kiyo’s training was done. Even though he almost completed his training, he had not unlocked his full potential, because Shiro could only teach him what he himself could do. After Shiro’s death, Kiyo decided to make the trek back home, however when Kiyo returned home, he found his entire village had been engulfed in purple flames. He ran straight for his home, only thinking of his family’s safety. When he finally arrived there, what remained of his family, couldn’t be recognized as humans, let alone individuals. In the center of the room lay a symbol, an infinity sign with another infinity sign going through the center, it was affiliated with an extremist group called The Harbingers of Reclamation. In that moment, he knew he must search for them.
Now Kiyo can be found in bars, or maybe even some wanted posters, as a sword for hire. A year and a half of being a mercenary has made Kiyo very accustomed to scum, which despite his honest previous lifestyle, he himself is sometimes considered to be scum as well. Due to a lack of information on the Harbingers, he had no choice but keep living as a sword for hire, getting information through rumors, though he has hardly learned anything of them.
Appearance: He has short brown hair hidden by the hood of his cloak. Underneath his hood his light blue eyes appear to glow under the shadow of his hood. He is clad in full leather armor, with exception to his bracers, which are iron. Underneath his armor he has a burn scar on his left shoulder traveling to the center of his chest. He received this from looking for his family in his burning village.

Lightning Embodiment- lightning envelopes his sword, or in times without it, his legs/feet, in lightning. A hit from this technique is similar to an open circuit causing a minor stun last one turn. Basic Attack Uses: 3 times per day
Lightning Step- This technique boosts Kiyo's speed and reflexes, making him (2x speed)
Thunder Armor- Lightning strikes Kiyo and forms an armor around himself capable of blocking all basic attacks Strength: similar to iron, and defenseless against stronger attacks. Uses: twice per day. One use can only block one attack
Equipment/Weapons: Iron Katana with weighted iron chain attached & an iron katana that can connect to the chain.
