Tarot Influenced Thread Invite (anyone interested?)

Hello Folks I would like to do a Tarot draw influenced theard. My original plan was to do this as a solo but I wanted to open it up to anyone else interested.

This is 100% experimental but is how the thread will work.

Before each post I will draw a card to represent an encounter or idea for that one post.

For example I could draw the Moon. I could litterally run into Ioder and interact with him or because the Moon means fear, illusion, or imagination I could write a scene focused on those themes.

Make sense?

If no one else is interested then I am happy to leave this as a solo but I wanted to offer the idea to others as this could be interesting.
If other people express interest then I will draw cards ahead of time and post the order for people to reference/claim.


Also for future note this mechanic could also make for some interesting dungeon encounters

This would be hella cool, maybe we could get everyone involved in skype and you could draw the card and tell us when it's our time to post. Or it could be a Power Group "Featured quest" where you GM us through something. Idk, sounds like it would be fun.

Yes so one thing I was thinking of was if enough people was interested then there are two ways I can approach this:
1. list the cards and have people call dibs on which cards they want to write for
2. figure out the order and then as the thread goes I will tell people their cards

I would be cool with GMing a featured thread but I wouldn't know how...

But for that my thought was let's say I drew the moon then it would be a puzzle room based in a fear

Ok for funs this is now a mass dugeon/mission.

Here is how this is going to work:
-Everyone can claim up to two of the cards listed 1-12, representing a room in the dugeon. You can face the room alone or in pairs. (if we need more cards covered then I will expand the limit)
-Cards listed 13-16 will be the final battle/challenge with everyone together or in large groups and will occur over more than one post.
-As you claim cards I will post your name by it.

I will set up the scene/thread a few days after cards 1-12 are all claimed. Once they are all claimed I will PM everyone with a reminder of what cards they choose and the order in which they will post. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to create their own challenge that will refleft that card for their character.
If you would like advice you are free to ask me and I will message you ideas.

I'm sorry Ioder. I'm pretty sick and have to push through finals but am so happy that so many people are showing interest in this.

To be fair most of the planning and such will be a joint effort of the three of us. Mar is sick and busy and doesn't have all the time in the world to post till after may. Thus Tobias and I will be acting in her stead.

Besides, if this goes well, there's always a good possibility she might GM another one down the road when she has more time and isn't so stressed w/ school.

I'm mostly working on this project in an overseer capacity, since I'm a Features mod. Stella will be doing the major concept building and core structuring for the thread, and Fred will be acting as the "GM". I will be helping with creativity, but as stated earlier in the thread, Tobias is going to be an involved party.

I'm not into conflicts of interest, y'see.
