View Full Version : A public apology

With the Ac wrapping up I feel the need to get something off of my chest. With all the stress of finals I allowed myself to develope a bit of tunnel vision in regards to this site. My solo took a priority in my mind and my time and effort was adjusted accordingly.

However, that left a lot of things at the wayside. Many of my staff duties (primarily the bazaar) were brushed aside and as an end result many people were forced to wait. Many writing partners have been waiting on posts from me for weeks and will be stuck waiting for a bit longer. I let my stress take over and for a breif period I dreaded logging on to the site only to be reminded of my failings.

So for all injured parties, I apologize.

As I move forward slightly rested and itching to catch up on my backlog I would like to ask for a bit of help. If I owe you a post (or more) could you please PM me a link to the thread in question so that I might gather together a speedy response. If you have an unanswered bazaar request feel free to nag me about it here.

Thank you
~Fred

Don't let it bother you, Fred. The AC has a way of consuming peoples' lives, especially in the final solo round. You're not the first to have that problem, and you won't be the last. No rush on our threads (because you know I've never been in a hurry to get up my own posts).

You're lovely. Don't stress out over this.

You're fine Fredward. We're not machines and we can't expect you to god mod your way through everything. Take it at a pace you can tolerate and let us know when you feel weighed down. I have no issue stepping up when needed and that's primarily what I do in my position. I cover what others can't get to and more.

So chillax, thanks for the honesty, and see you space cowboy.

With regard to dreading logging in, I can relate. I've been there many times, and almost always because I'd taken on too many duties or because I was the only one doing them (people on vacation or leaving staff, etc.).

Fred, we've all been there at least once. Take a short break, give yourself some time. It helps. :)

Freddy remember what my cards said about balancing work and play?

We all care about you and can't wait for you to be rested, refreshed, and ready to join us again.
