There has been no trace of the Sun-worshippers in Irrakam for at least six weeks, and others who were suspected members of the Cult of Mitra have disappeared as well. Most of the citizens of Irrakam were happy to be rid of the slandering back-stabbers, but Jya prepared for something much more sinister.
The day has come which Jya has predicted, and a cry for help has arisen from the great city of Fallien. Rava Featherblood, Queen of the Harpies, has joined the nameless leader of the Cult of Mitra in an attack on the island capital of Fallien. All parts of the city are in danger from The Merchant’s Walkway and the Outlander’s Quarter all the way into Jya’s Keep itself.
Now the city is besieged, with infiltrators slowly seeping into the city as well as terrible weapons raining their wrath down on the citizens of Irrakam. Jya is calling out for aid from any who would help. Of course there will be those who’s hearts lean more toward the cause of Rava Featherblood and her harpies, or perhaps wish only to help the Sun-worshippers.
In this epic battle, those who fight will truly go down in history. Each will be rewarded accordingly for his part in this event – Jya gifts those who help her with legendary weapons, and the Merchants of Fallien are rumored to be very generous with their goods to those who help them. It is likely that even the mythic Phoenixes will join this battle to aid the Jya, and many will have the opportunity to gain one of these magical feathers as their spoils of battle in addition to their other gifts.
((This will be done differently than most FQ’s. Instead of one big thread, this will be in many smaller threads started and finished by anyone who wishes to join in. There will be a main thread at Jya’s Keep to sort of guide the direction of the siege, but creativity is encouraged of those who wish to participate. Threads are permitted anywhere in Irrakam (Irrakam itself, Outlander’s Quarter, The Merchant’s Walkway, and even Jya’s Keep) and as hinted, there will be some amazing rewards for those who participate to the end.
