Name: Felicity Knopsnider
Gender: Female
Age: Fourteen
Race: Human/ Neanderthal hybrid
Eye Color: Green.
Hair color: Red
Height: 5"3
Weight: 209
Occupation: Semi-Independent Knight.

Personality:
A teenage girl born into segregation within Eiskalt, she escaped with her older brother at a young age and grew up in Corone. Since then, she never really paid attention to the place of her birth, having few memories from there, few but dark. She does hold negative feelings and secrets. She has dealt with pain growing up, she has been hit and bruised inside. She's asked unanswered questions. However, she carriers on with a smile on her face. She has a very positive mindset, a happy demeanor that can almost never be broken. Half neanderthal, she's one tough kid to break. She has a slight speech impairment, unable to pronounce her "r"s and "l"s properly.

Appearance:
A dark redhead with green eyes, she has a slightly narrow forehead and a tough stature. However, she's still young, and has various signs of youth through smooth skin and simple eyes. Her left pinky, however, is twisted and permanently unusable due to a violent encounter with a discriminatory Eiskaltian when she was a young toddler. She's grown taller than the neanderthals, like a human, and she's slimmer like a human too. She still has many physical similarities, especially with her immune system, with the neanderthal too. She usually goes around wearing her collected armor, however she also wears casual clothes. She keeps her hair tied back in a ponytail.

Armor:

- Cloth, leather, and iron brigandine.
- Iron sollerets, attachable to boots and shoes.
- An iron set of mirror armor.
- A heater shield made of thin oak, covered in brown leather.
Felicity has given herself a set of customary armor scrapped up from here and there. She's picked up a pair of iron sollerets; brigandine, colored navy blue; a set of mirror armor, and a heater shield. She also wears cloth wrappings on both hands and feet, as well as a red and gold amulet.

Weapons:
- An iron flamberge.
- Twin iron arming swords that can link together into a double sword. Furthermore, they can link to spin.
She currently has three weapons. Her two handed sword is an iron flamberge. She additionally has twin iron estocs that have long, circular cross-guards. She can link the swords into a single, double bladed weapon. Furthermore, the cross-guards can connect, allowing the blades to spin.

Skills:
- Swordsmanship: Felicity is a freestyle swordsman, under the suggestions of her teacher. However, she also knows the basics of Escrema and Kendo. Felicity will employ their techniques in combat.
- Karate: Felicity has learned the basic punches, kicks, and stances of karate. She doesn't exactly have the perfect posture, but can deliver hard, controlled blows when in the right mind.
- Crossbow Archery: Felicity knows how to use a crossbow when needed. She learned how to use handheld crossbows as well.

Abilities
- Berserk Rage: Felicity has a lot of anger under her cocky grins, and she's able to unleash it in combat. Whenever she receives a wound that could cause her to bleed (sword cut, arrow in the leg) her pain causes her to gain more strength. Every hit or impact that causes her to bleed amplifies her physical strength to be boosted for thirty seconds, allowing her to lift an additional twenty pounds than normal. If she gets hit again before those thirty seconds are up? Goodie, sixty seconds of her being able to lift forty pounds. She can be hit to the extent of lifting one hundred pounds for one hundred fifty seconds. The more serious wounds though, she could actually get thirty seconds of lifting sixty pounds. Major wounds, at max, could land her to being able to hold two hundred pounds. So basically, the more damage she gets she returns. However, she has loose control over her own power. By the 100 pound marker she actually looses her mind, blanking out and just attacking everyone in sight. This ability also can leave her exhausted, at the least leaving her a moment to catch her breathe. After destroying several trees and crushing some random guy's legs though, she's out cold. This ability activates automatically whenever Felicity is injured and only works when she's got a bleeding injury.
- Berserk Rage Part II: During her berserk rage (explained above) she becomes oblivious to pain. Any wounds and bruises still apply their damage - and increased activities during berserk mode may further open wounds - however, Felicity won't feel them until berserk mode has gone off.
- Blink: Felicity has her dark secrets she'll easily hide. She can briefly fade in and out of existence, disappearing and becoming transparent for a few seconds(1-3 seconds at a time.) She can do this three times per thread.

Weakness:
- Emotional Teenage Girl: Self explanatory.
- Jack of All Trades: Felicity has trained in various forms of combat, but hasn't found a single strength yet. Similar story in physical abilities. She gets better strength in berserk rage; however, her natural physical feets never outdo each other, none above average.
- Poor Finger: Felicity's left pinky is permanently crippled beyond use, making her hand harder to use.
- Speech Impairment: Felicity cannot pronounce her "l"s and "r"s cowectwy.

Well, hello! I'm Tobias, and I will be your guide through the realm of greeting today.

Before we can get you started on your journey in the world of Althanas, I have some questions regarding your abilities. The weapons you have stared are tentatively fine, as they are of iron quality and you have three. This is in keeping with the general allotment. Your story is vague enough to pique my interest without giving anything away, so good on you for that as well. We'll have to see where you take the speech impediment moving forward. It's not done often enough.

Firstly, with your Berserker Rage, specifically the strength portion- you state that she gains up to a maximum of one hundred pounds of lifting strength for up to sixty seconds, but then go on to state destroying trees or breaking legs as part of her capacity for damage. I think we have a conflicting idea of lifting strength and power output, because being able to lift up to one hundred pounds does not mean you can uproot a tree, or even break someone's jaw with a punch. (Granted, someone who is able to lift that much is more likely to be able to break a jaw than someone weaker.)

With a punch, you get into another side of physics- impact, which is measured in "pounds per square inch," or "PSI." The difference between slapping someone and punching them is the best example of this. Because you hit with an open hand, your force is displaced over a greater surface area (measured in square inches), which reduces the actual amount of lasting damage. However, a closed hand generally has the capacity to break bones, glass, or drywall because you are exerting a large amount of force over a very concentrated area.

The general person, untrained in combat of any kind, doesn't exert as much force as a martial artist. Given your character's background in the martial arts, let's assume that she is average for a martial artist. You generally have the strength (with a fast, direct, and nominally hard punch) to break a single board. Given that example, the density of the human bone structure dictates that you would need to be at least punching three or four times that hard to break a bone outright. (Except maybe one of the more fragile bones, but we're specifically talking tibia, fibula, and femur for this example.) As written, this conflicts with the previous example of lifting one hundred pounds (assuming the average human can lift fifty, as per the job description for a stock boy at a supermarket- which puts you at twice the average strength of a human). Can you give me specific examples for exactly how strong she is at the apex of her anger? Be aware, since it is not constant, you could get away with it being just a bit stronger than twice average, but this strength will fade when the time limit is exhausted.

Secondly, with Adrenaline: how fast does this burst of speed correlate versus, say, an average human's running speed? 40 mph seems slightly fast for a starting character, even for three short bursts. The real world's absolute fastest man tops out at 30 mph.

Thank you! I try to make my profiles fun to read. Yes, speech impairments aren't used enough, but they're adorable!

Felicity actually, spoiler alert, just started training. In terms of the ability and how much power she gains, it's based on bleeding injuries, not anger, and the whole trees and legs thing was a half joke xD The only way she'd go past 100, to 200, is if she got a major injury. I never really thought of the whole strength boosts in profiles past "they could knock an average human back" or "they can lift 400 pounds. I'm all confused now :P

The speed bursts could go by 30 miles. They're only quick bursts, like shooting towards someone or backing quickly.

Well, since most people have blanket strength (that is, it remains constant for their character), that's different than a burst of strength with limitations. Because it maxes out at one hundred, and she takes such a huge blow whenever she hits critical mass, this ability is fine. That leads me to the next.

Adrenaline is a 30 mph sprint that can only be used three times per thread. Could you please make those edits for me? Thank you for your cooperation.

Three times per instance, instances happening three times is what I put the first time. These instances adrenaline could happen in a battle being twice, in a quest three. Quickened body movements also were in there. I did edit the speed to thirty, but wondering if that time I already had was good.

2× in battle and 3× in a quest is fine.

Now, the problem is that you have too many abilities. For now, would it be possible for you to lock the pain mitigation aspect of Berserker Rage? You'll be able to unlock it at level two.

I was hoping to get away with four, since one ability works over a massive period of time, totally outside the battlefield. However, I could get rid of Neanderthal Toughness if preferred.

Four is too many for right now, but as you get stronger, it won't pose an issue.

If you want to do away with toughness you can do that, and I will move forward with the approval process. Please edit the orginal post to reflect these changes. We're almost finished, here.

I just want to make sure I'm fully understanding you, do you mean she can use it three times, or nine times? Because "three times per instance, three instances" is 9 and that's too many. Three bursts of speed flat is the maximum this power can have, right now. You can have that amount for both battles and quests, however.

Update: Since I'm not really happy ability wise right now, I'm trying to revamp and come up with new ones all together minus Berserk Rage which I'm keeping. Still brainstorming, but also still alive.

Okay, I added my revamped ability. Looks good?

Edit: Also changed estocs to arming swords.
