I am in the market for a winter cloak, covering from the head via hood, and as far down as the ankles. For the material, I'd love for this to be made of the purest white arctic wolf pelts.

Could you price that for me?

Then, if it isn't too much trouble, please quote me prices to enchant the material to renew itself over the period of an hour.

Lastly, the cost of the above two, plus a final enchantment to stave off all cold and any magic of the ice/cold/chill variety.

On second thought. Just quote me the magic resistance enchantment and the non-enchanted variant.

The wolf furs will stave off natural cold just fine by themselves and the repair enchant is somewhat moot and point since no one comes to teh bazaar for battle damage repairs.

Actic beast hide, large size and two enchantments would set you back 1687.

(As a note, exposed areas of your skin should still be effected by cold spells, and wouldn't grant instant protection of things like ice speat attacks.)
