Basics
Name: Rachmiel
Age: N/A
Race: Angel - Dead
Height: 5'10”
Weight: N/A
Skin: White
Hair: Dark, dark indigo.
Eyes: Silver
Personality: Distant, cool. Occasionally displays flashes of a kind, charitable nature or brief bursts of cruelty.
Appearance: As beautiful as any of the God's finest creations wrought in white, indigo and silver. Dead white skin and indigo hair so dark it looks black except in sunlight viy for attention. The solid silver orbs of her eyes are hidden behind a iron helm that leaves only the lower portion of her face exposed. Dressed to leave as much of her body exposed to sunlight as possible.
Equipment
Armor
black iron and ribbon helm
Weapons
2 black iron rapier
Items
Skills
Combat: Rachmiel is proficient with hand to hand combat and her rapiers. Other weaponry in her hands would be considered hazardous to herself more than an opponent.
Languages: Fluent in verbal and written forms of any language she is currently in contact with.
Living Anatomy: Due to her former nature Rachmiel retains the knowledge of humanoid anatomy allowing her to judge the health, strength and vulnerability of a subject. Automatons, constructs and beings of a non humanoid make are outside of her scope of knowledge.
Impression: Rachmiel has a hard time interacting with physical objects that are not intrinsically linked to her. It takes focus to be able to do simple things like open doors, pick up light objects. Objects over 10 lbs are currently beyond her.
Abilities
Unnatural Existence: Unable to feel hunger, thirst or pain. Injuries still register as damage dealt, she just can’t find the agony of them. Rachmiel is able to push the body she bears past normal human boundaries. Ex: Able to bend and contort her body in ways a human can not. The result though would break one or several bones in the attempt and will lead to a limb being unusable until she has time to heal. (possible to break her own spine)
Healing: As her flesh does not repair itself even minor wounds need exposure to the sun for an extended period of time. Cloud cover and shadows hinder the repair process.
Minor wounds (small cuts, scratches and scrapes) - 2 hours
Large flesh wounds - 6 hours
Broken bones - 10 hours
Severed limbs - 24 hours of sunlight
(Rachmiel can survive dismemberment, beheading etc. but unless she has help to put her pieces back together she is unable to recover and will remain so.)
Remembrance: Rachmiel is able to reach out to individuals and trigger the memory of someone of formative importance to them. Parent, lover, important enemy etc. Once per thread, up to player to resist if applicable.
Gift: Literally takes the damage from another being into herself. Can not take on wounds that would save a character (npc or player) from death. Once per thread.
Sight: The ability to see another’s soul like one would see the color of a person’s eyes if you got close enough. 3ft range. (currently just flavor) Once per thread.
History
Formerly an angel of Mercy. Rachmiel is unaware of the cause behind her death, how it occurred or why she lingers still in her altered state.
