Hello Althanas!

I spent the last several days at GenCon, where I played DnD a little and sat in writing seminars a lot. I got advice on plotting, characterization, setting, structure, conflict, tension, villains, coming up with a story, world building, creating continuity, sex scenes, magical systems, editing, and designing cultures. Among the speakers were Michael A. Stackpole, Maxwell Alexander Drake, Bradley Beaulieu, Delilah S. Dawson, and more.

I took exactly all the notes. What I'd like to know is if anyone wants me to share them, and if so, which topics you're interested in.

Also, I hung out with some obscure player who goes by Dissinger, so it was a mini Althanicon.

Structure, I am bad at structure.

Also I am super jealous. TTnTT

Post all the things!

Or, perhaps we could do a Q&A? Maybe pick a topic, get people to ask questions in a thread and then record (gasp) a 'cast in response? This would entail you assimilating the advice/notes and then putting your own spin on them, but i reckon it'll be good. The other option would be just write up a bunch of stuff on the topics, but that might be less fun.

Doctor Flames! Are you a real doctor yet?

On a somewhat selfish note, I bought a massive amount of material from Stackpole. It was worth the price. I'll only be sharing my seminar notes.
